Very nice property, spacious pool, very well managed and put together! Walking distance from the lake as well! Will be highly recommended for anyone I know needing to stay in it near Ennis!

The house was perfect for our family. It was spacious enough that it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The host was quick to respond. The game room was a hit and was used a ton.

Listing showed an office with a twin size sofa bed but that was not present. Everything else about inside the house was spacious and clean. The outside was perfect for a relaxing day at the pool. The grill was really dirty and needed to be cleaned.

Thank you for the input. I did not realize it said there was an office so I corrected that on the website and took it off. I am sorry the grill was not up to standard so I have made it my priority to check it everytime to make sure this does not happen again. Hope you will stay with us again.

The host was very responsive! The home exceeded our expectations. It was a great location and had great amenities for both adults and children. The home was well laid out and we never felt crowded even with our larger group. Plenty of parking, plenty of essentials needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and bedroom areas. We have already talked about coming back next year!!

We enjoyed staying in this lovely home in a very nice neighborhood! It was big and roomy and well furnished! The pool was very nice and the owners also set up a pool table and arcade games and also supplied board games and books. The host responded quickly to our texts and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable! There were plenty of beds and couches and gathering areas—an excellent place for a big family!

From the minute we entered the d th many wihome we felt swept away by the level of luxury we experienced. Super clean, stocked with convenience items. Fantastic visit!

It is a beautiful home and property. We enjoyed the space to gather together in the den and dining areas. There were plenty of towels. The pool was perfect for a hot Texas day. We would love to return for a longer stay.

Beautiful home with loads of space.

Ashley was super helpful throughout the entire process, including after we checked out and we had to return for a forgotten item. The home is beautiful, with plenty of space for large parties. My friends and I all loved the property including the very nice pool. We have zero complaints and would stay again

The house was very spacious and clean for our stay. We were here for a baseball tournament and the property suited our needs perfectly. We had enough space to where our two families didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The very few issues we had were tended to promptly. Communication was excellent. The house was mostly updated and we were very impressed with how clean everything was. My kids enjoyed the pool on our one afternoon we had of free time. It was a quick and easy drive into Waxahachie. The only thing that we did not enjoy was that there isn't door to separate the toilet in the master bathroom from the rest of the bathroom. Definitely not a deal breaker but that would have made the stay even better. I would certainly recommend this property and will stay here again if we play in the area in the future.

Excellent floor plan; good communication with host and she's gracious enough to have us checked in an hour early without extra cost.. everything was great. The only thing that we were not able to use is the swimming pool coz it had a lot of debris and also already setting at the bottom of the pool. We tried to clean it oirsleves int he morning, but it was too much of debris.The sink was leaking and was flooding the kitchen but no big deal coz we did turn it off..overall, the house and our stay was good, and I'd still recommend it to my friends.

Our large, extended family was together for 3.5 days, all 14 of us! This house gave us five separate areas to enjoy for eating, playing games in the game room, Christmas morning in the living room, football on a big-screen TV in the media room, and swimming in a great heated pool. (The host turned it on two days before we arrived to make sure it was ready. We felt spoiled :) The kitchen is very well stocked (loved the waffle setup and island stove). When we wore ourselves out, we utilized all four bedrooms and the media room, and no one felt crowded. There were extra pillows and bedding if we had needed them. Clean, bright, open home that I will be utilizing again for my large brood.

Our stay was wonderful! The host was quick to respond, accommodating, and helpful. The house was gorgeous and exactly as listed. The pool was clean and well kept. The grill was clean and ready for use. We would definitely return!

Property was clean and nicely furnished with welcoming touches. Some descriptions/photos a bit deceiving. "Arcade/Game Room" is really just a hot & dusty garage, and sofa beds are really just sofas.

The property was as described. A couple beds were a little hard for some peoples likings, but I'm sure other folks may like it better that way so no stars off. The pictures don't do it justice, the master bath is MASSIVE. Like could have a whole party in there massive. Only very minor wish would be some extra storage bowls or similar in the kitchen since we had leftovers that were hard to find ways to store.
