Cute little place out in the country, yet just a few minutes to town! My son and I had a great stay. Lu Ann you are a gem! Thank you so much for having us and your breakfast casserole and biscuits were delicious!

The house was neat and clean. It was a cute house with rustic charm in a peaceful country setting. Lu Ann baked homemade muffins which were amazing. I would definitely stay again.

This place is wonderful! The rooms are so comfortable, and the amenities make you feel like you are at home. The hosts are a delight to work with, and the place is lovely. Very restful and relaxing, while only being minutes from Guthrie.

The hosts were EXCELLENT! The homemade muffins in the morning were delicious. My wife and I loved the setting of being on a ranch, away from any major roads. The porch was nice and the farm kitten was a delight and very friendly. One of the best places we have ever stayed.

Great place

We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Location was close to my family we were visiting and close to Guthrie for all of our shopping needs. Muffins were also amazing!! Thank you for a great stay.

Guthrie is a must see!

The owners were very hospitable and very gracious. We enjoyed the quiet country life and the people of Oklahoma.

National Little Britches Rodeo

This place was amazing. The scenery was beautiful and the house was so comfortable and made us feel right at home. The muffins were so delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there next year.

Luann and Don are two of the nicest people we have ever met. We stayed 8 days and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Her muffins are spectacular and her weekend breakfast casserole is out of this world. We had a great time and would highly recommend staying there. Also there is a handicap ramp for wheelchairs.

Great getaway

We attended a very busy weekend at the Lazy E Arena and this was the perfect stay with great sunrise and muffins every morning. Our hosts were very receptive and helpful. We will be back!

Perfect escape…

We wanted an escape to Guthrie for my husband’s birthday! The property was lovely and the family that runs it is even better! Lou Ann fixed an amazing breakfast both mornings and super helpful!

Lu Ann made us some awesome mufins and breakfast casserole. Wasn't there enough to go swimming but nice to know it was available.
