Kitchen well stocked, condo beautifully decorated, plenty of towels, soap, etc. Very clean & well maintained. We loved it!

Great Vacation Condo

Room was much cleaner than a friend of mine had. There is a bad mold problem in the living room near the vent above sofa. This is a danger son situation for illness. Two matching wine glasses and one odd was not appealing. Guess it’s because it was end of season. Time to replace the two chairs in the living room. They have lost their shape and are really dirty.

The condo was perfect! Beautiful view, clean space, and everything we needed! We had a great time. The only downside was lengthy waits for elevators to get to and from the pool/beach during busy times.

The resort amenities were excellent, condo was spotless. The jacuzzi tub jets were not functional just an FYI. Covered parking was a plus. added an extra day at the end. We will return to the Oasis.

Condo was nice. Refrigerator was leaking water. Called maintenance and it took about 5 hrs for them to come. Toilet in one bedroom wasn’t flushing right. The elevators are a nightmare. So many people that we waited at one point 40 mins to get on one. Had to pay for every vehicle to park. Not even 1 free space. I definitely think the fees, etc are becoming too costly.

I’ve reported the leak and asked maintenance to repair the fridge, check for any water damage, and review response times. The toilet flushing issue has also been reported and will be repaired or replaced as needed. I apologize for the long elevator waits. I’ve passed your feedback to building management and asked them to investigate reliability and peak‑time service. Regarding parking and fees, those are set by the building/association; I’ve shared your concerns with property management and we’ll update the listing/house manual to make parking fees and potential elevator delays clearer so future guests can plan. Place was perfect. Know before you go, the elevators are AWFUL during check-in and check-out so bring patience. Waited 45mins for an elevator! 4 elevators for a 32 floor high rise is ridiculous. Only on the bottom floor can you tell where the elevators are. Guest parking, only 2 cars during peak time and no overflow parking for again a HR condo is a little sad. The condo itself was gorgeous and perfect! Beds were comfortable. If you like wine you are good with plenty of glasses but we thought the other items to cook and eat with were low. If we were there longer we would have brought paper plates and plastic utensils. The view is amazing! Toilet paper is thin so if you are picky about that bring your own. The condo was in good shape and pretty spot on from photos. The bar ice maker was a nice bonus since you go through a lot of ice in the hot sun. Back to the building: The pool options were great however, the hothubs were not. The ‘adult’ ones are on a higher floor and there were 18-20yo hanging there. They were a little hard to find. The ones on the bottom floor almost always taken as only 3 people are allowed and there are 4 tubs. I’m just letting travelers know what to expect. Would I stay there again…honestly it would be a hard decision as the place was nice and view great but the elevator situation was truly an awful experience! Everyone complained about them! I might but would stay on a lower floor 12th or below.
