Just want to thank you guys for allowing us to stay! It was an amazing experience for the family. Clean and cozy, plenty of space for the doggos. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood do recommend 10/10

A beautiful mountain get away. Nice kitchen with most everything needed for meals, in a quiet neighborhood.

Jennifer and Doug left their dog in my house and let their dog scratch my door so it needs to be repainted. They also left footprints on my newly painted wall. They also left dog hair all over my sofa. They had no regards for my home. I would not let them rent your home.

Wonderful treehouse feel. Very peaceful and relaxing!My only concern however is if you have mobility issues this is not for you due to so many stairs.Would love to stay here again!

The house was not only beautiful, well kept and cleaned but the hosts were very helpful and accommodating as well as pet friendly. I would give this place 5 plus stars!

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. The cabin was so clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped. We will definitely come back.

We had a great time at Dawn's Twin Peaks Cottage as a couple with 2 dogs. The home is very cozy and cute and has everything needed for a nice stay.Twin Peaks is located very conveniently - it's just a short drive from Lake Arrowhead.My dogs enjoyed the stay, too! I appreciated the ease of booking and communication and the easy directions and info provided by Dawn. We will be back!

Clean property, quiet, and well-equipped! Driveway is steep, but not impossible to navigate. Great place for a family with teenagers.

This was such a cute mountain cottage. We loved the large deck and ate most of our meals outside. The place was roomy and comfortable, the kids had their space upstairs and the adults could visit downstairs. Everything was clean and in great shape and Dawn was great at communicating with us. The driveway is steep but we managed to get 2 cars up without much problem.

The house was very quiet. It was a nice getaway and had everything we needed. I have one suggestion to prevent a fall in the tub and that is to install non skid strips or mat.

Everything about this place was perfect for a getaway to the mountains with your family and pets. The views were beautiful and the cabin was absolutely adorable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. There's even a small air fryer! It has a large table to eat at with the fam and multiple areas to hang and watch TV. Our 9yo loved the giant bean bag in the upstairs area. I would definitely come back and enjoy another weekend here. Thanks for sharing your mountain retreat.

The house was perfect for a first trip to Lake Arrowhead with a dog. It was a quick drive to the village where we spent our evenings enjoying the summer concerts. The kitchen was well stocked and the tv sitting areas were comfy. Dawn was very responsive to all my inquiries. Highly recommend !

Everything was great. House was stocked with everything you needed. Kitchen had all the dishes needed for cooking. Bathroom was stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels! The only thing we didn’t like was the steep driveway. It took us a couple tries to get up there. Other than that everything was great!!

Mountain getaway

From booking online to checking out, Dawn was super helpful with any questions we had. This home had EVERYTHING we needed! Kitchen had every utensil, pan, etc. Coffee pod coffee maker with a large assortment of different coffee flavors. There was also all kinds of spices in the cabinets and condiments in the fridge. Two TV lounge areas totally comfy and a TV in the master bedroom. We sat on the 1st floor patio each night with the fire pit on. Very relaxing listening to the wind in the trees. Dog friendly was a must for us and this home was that. Dogs loved seeing all the squirrels! We are looking forward to our next trip!

Great place to stay. We had everything we needed and there were more than enough places for a family of 4 to sleep. One thing to note, the driveway is steep. Be prepared for that, because it’s intense. Otherwise, no issues at all. The host was absolutely amazing. Everything g was communicated ahead of time. The place is pet friendly and the kitchen has a lot of items to cook with.

Everything at this property was as the listing states. It is a nice, clean, and organized rental. We enjoyed the lovely deck overlooking trees and nature. It is a quiet neighborhood and a beautiful town. If you have mobility issues, you need to read about the stairs and driveway. I made note of this before booking. We made it work, but would not have been able to if I didn't have help carrying things up and down the stairs and driveway.

Twin Pines Cottage was the perfect place for me to stay with my daughter. It was a pleasure to cook in the kitchen, which had everything I needed. The large dining table allowed me to host my family for a Father’s Day brunch for five people. Beautiful forest views, comfortable furniture, excellent AC, and a quiet, peaceful location made for an absolutely wonderful experience at this home.
