Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the unit very clean, and we’re sorry that the temperature control and stairs affected your experience. We’d like to clarify that the thermostat temperature can be adjusted. Guests are welcome to reach out to us at any time, and we can provide the code needed to unlock the thermostat so the temperature can be adjusted for their comfort. The entire floor is controlled by one main thermostat, so adjustments need to be made accordingly. Additionally, there is a fan available in the closet for guests to use if needed. Regarding accessibility, the property does have stairs and does not have an elevator. An elevator is not included among the property’s amenities and is not advertised as an available feature in the listing. Guests are encouraged to review the listing details and amenities before booking to ensure the property meets their individual needs. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify these details. Our team is always happy to assist guests during their stay, and we encourage guests to reach out if they have any questions or concerns so we can help make their stay as comfortable as possible.
