We had a wonderful stay! The description was perfect! We were able to sleep our family of 4 (two teenagers) very comfortably. The townhouse is super close to the Miami Hard Rock Stadium and a short drive to downtown Hollywood, Miami and the beaches. If we ever need accommodations in that area, we will definitely be booking again.

We were not disappointed with this property, only thing being we didn’t spend much time in it as in Miami for Scotland WC game. Neighbours were lovely and chatting to our guys that were in kilts. Would have been nice to have a welcome pack of basics even if we were only there for 2 nights.

Excellent service; the house has everything in perfect condition. We loved it; it's very comfortable and cozy. The host was always available for anything we needed. I would definitely come back with my family.

Did not visit the Vineyard - wasn't aware of one. The rooms were clean and exactly as presented in the add. The entire house was clean with all the kitchen utensils we needed and more. Dishes were for 4 would have liked it to be for 8, but not an issue. Lots of cutlery. Dena was extremely friendly and accommodating with prompt response. Did not have pets.

Everything was clean and pictures are exact. Only issues were there were no trash bags beyond the first one we used and the 2nd floor could not get cooled off. Also, there was no soap but was quickly fixed by a delivery to our front door.

Our stay overall had potential, but it was unfortunately ruined by significant cleanliness issues—most notably, an alarming presence of bugs throughout the property.The absolute biggest issue was the bugs. We understand this is South Florida and pests are a part of life here, but what we encountered went way beyond normal regional bugs. We found squished bugs in between the sheets of the bed, which is a massive red flag that indicates the linens are not being washed between guests. Additionally, there was a live ant infestation crawling inside the front door trim, as well as ants inside the downstairs bathroom. While you might expect a stray bug outside in Florida, finding insects crawling in the bathroom and dead inside our bedding completely ruined the stay.Beyond the pests, there were a few other notable problems:Subpar Cleaning: The downstairs bathroom shower door was covered in smudges (on top of the ant issue).Check-in Frustration: The key entry system was incredibly confusing and difficult to figure out.Limited Parking: There are only two parking spots available. For a VRBO that advertises a large guest capacity for multiple families, having only two spots is highly impractical.On a positive note, the kitchen itself was clean and the appliances were nice, but the lack of basic hygiene regarding the linens and the indoor pests means we cannot recommend this property.--

We personally spend time at the property on a regular basis to maintain it and ensure it meets the standards we expect for both our family and our guests. In fact, we stayed at the home just two days before your arrival to complete updates and conduct a thorough quality assurance inspection. Our professional cleaning team was not aware that we would be staying there, allowing us to evaluate the home from the same perspective as any guest. During our stay, we did not observe insects inside the home, concerns with the bedding or linens, or the cleanliness issues described in your review. While South Florida's climate can occasionally result in insects finding their way indoors, we take any report seriously and arranged for an additional inspection and preventative pest treatment after receiving your feedback. We also appreciate your comments regarding the keyless entry instructions and have reviewed them to make the check-in process clearer. Regarding parking, the listing accurately states that the home includes two designated parking spaces. We wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have responded immediately to inspect the property and address any issues. We remain committed to providing a clean, well-maintained home and a positive experience for every guest.
