Prepare your meals for the family in the fully equipped kitchen, designed with both function and style in mind, featuring sleek stainless-steel appliances, crisp white cabinets, and convenient counter seating for four. And with a drip coffee maker available, this space is sure to have everything you need.



After a day of exploring Lake Arrowhead’s scenic beauty, step outside onto the expansive wraparound deck, where relaxation meets nature. Breathe in the crisp mountain air as you unwind on the bench swing or gather around the firepit with friends and family. Fire up the grill for a casual barbecue, then enjoy your meal at the picnic table while surrounded by tranquil, tree-lined views.



When you’re ready to head inside for the evening but not quite ready to call it a night, make your way to the game room where entertainment awaits. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a loft.



Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a California king size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 is an open loft that includes two queen size beds, a full-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes two full bathrooms; one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, another with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Per City and County ordinances, guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. This policy covers noise, occupancy, parking, and trash. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation without a refund.

• Washer and dryer in home, located in the garage.

• Driveway and garage parking available for 2 vehicles.

• Stairs required.

• This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras; (1) located above the garage door and actively monitoring the driveway, (2) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front porch, (3) located on the front deck and actively monitoring the deck, (4) located on the side deck and actively monitoring the deck.

• All requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30.00 per hour. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

• Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning, odors, or damage beyond normal use.

• There is a $35 per pet, per night for pets, max of 2 for any pet friendly homes.

Snow Valley Mountain Resort is a half-hour away with trails for every level and the only chairlift sledding area in Southern California. Just 10 minutes away, enjoy the fun and entertainment at SkyPark at Santa’s Village. Around the holidays, this property transforms into a nostalgic Old-World Christmas in the woods with shopping, dining, and outdoor activities like ice skating. Santa can be found here year-round, even in the summer when professionally designed bike trails and zip lines are a main attraction.
