My family and I had an exceptional stay. The house was very spacious, clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed the bonus hot tub and games room. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meals and a lovely seating area out back with a bbq grill. It is the perfect accommodation for families with kids and has something to keep everyone entertained. Excellent location on a quiet street perfect for morning walks and just a few minutes from everything you might want to do in Jackson or the surrounding area. Communication with host was excellent. Hands down the best place we have ever stayed at and I’d highly recommend to future guests.

Excellent property! Smooth check-in and check-out process and excellent communication from the owner. Some of the bedroom furniture could use updating, but otherwise everything was comfortable. The hot tub and game area were highlights of the trip for us! Would definitely return.

Snowboarding weekend

This house was well stocked, clean, plenty of space for people to gather. Fun game room area too. Close to many area attractions.

Amazing stay!

Kim's place was great! This was the second time my family has stayed there and it never disappoints. Close to everything you need. House is equipped with all the essentials and the hot tub is a plus. We always have a great time and we will definitely be back again soon!

Great location

Great location for going to Storyland and Jackson Falls. Hosts were consistently available and receptive to feedback. House is a great size for a large group.

Great House

Very clean, wonderful location, lots to do for families with kids (ping pong table, foosball table, wii), super responsive host, great for several families to stay together with large open living area.

Great space

The property was great. Lots of great amenities and an awesome kitchen! Loved the hot tub outside on the deck. Beds were comfy.

Great house for the price!

Our group of four families enjoyed a terrific ski weekend at this week - held us all quite comfortably. With great large open kitchen, fun downstairs game room and friendly owners who were easy to communicate with, we highly recommend this place.

great house for a family gathering

The house is undergoing a wonderful renovation. Terrific living space, open layout with a good kitchen area. Location is amazing. Short walk to Jackson. Will plan to stay there again if available.

Great mountain cabin

We loved our stay here. The house had lots of room and outdoor space. It's in a beautiful and quiet area but also close to town and outdoor activities. Host was very nice and responsive. Definitely would stay here again and recommend this if you are coming with a bigger group (8 or more).

New Hampshire Mountains

Very close to the village of Jackson, NH. Great dining nearby. Close to Mt. Washington. Great kitchen and dining facilities. Lots of comfortable seating throughout.Quiet outside seating.

Great find in good location

Great house, spacious kitchen and common area that's perfect for socializing. Amenities--hot tub, fire pit, game space, bbqs--create fabulous options for everyone.

Wonderful house

We had a great stay in Jackson! The house was very clean and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the covered patio with the hot tub and the toys and games for the kids. The owner was attentive and easy to work with. We'll definitely go back.

Perfect weekend!

Location, size and amenities we perfect for mini getaway! My son and friends found it easy to get around and explore North Conway and surrounding areas. They loved the hot tub and game room!!!! The layout and size of this home was perfect for our group!

Great property, well managed

House was great. We had 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 2-5). Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space. Great open lay out and game room downstairs. Owner was excellent to work with.

Our favorite rental!

This rental was great for families and larger groups. We had plenty of space, common area was big enough for all the kids and grown up. The house is at a great location, close to storyland, family friendly restaurants, downtown and the outlet. We plan to rent this annually!

Great place for groups and skiing

Our group loves staying at this house to cross country ski in Jackson. The location is great and the house is perfect for a group of friends. The hot tub was an added bonus! The owner Kim is very responsive and goes out of her way to make sure everything is okay. Highly recommend and look forward to returning next year.

Thanksgiving in Jackson

Our family of 19 enjoyed our stay in Jackson, the property was great and fit us all very comfortably. The kids had a great time in the playroom and in the Jacuzzi and the location is great given its proximity to North Conway. The only down side is there is really no yard for the kids to play which was kind of a disappointment but overall the place was great!

Fantastic weekend!

Just finished a great weekend with a group of 4 families (8 adults, 9 kids) and the house couldn’t have been more perfect! Kim has thought of everything, making the stay that much more enjoyable. The location is ide- very convenient to many activities in the area. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back again!
