Our spacious dining room, invites everyone to gather around for a delightful meal and heartwarming conversations. Afterward, transition seamlessly to our inviting living room, complete with woodburning fireplace. Create cherished memories in a space crafted for connection and joy.

The house is all on one level. There are no stairs to get inside. To help give your mind a walkthrough of how the house is set up, here’s a brief description of each area of the house.

- There are multiple ways to enter the home. Driveway parking is provided on the side and back of the property. It is recommended that our guests park in one of the driveways for better access to the property. Smart locks are provided for your guest-specific code at the side and back entrance of the property.
- For the sake of this walkthrough I will begin from the side entrance to the property.
- When you walk in the side entrance of the property you will enter the secondary living area. In this room are a foosball table, high top table for 6, Smart TV, wood-burning fireplace and a small kitchen area with a sink and mini-fridge.
- The wood-burning fireplace is functional, but guests must use it at their own risk and firewood is not provided.
- This secondary living area also has access to our enclosed courtyard.
- To the left of the foosball area is the master bedroom. This room has a queen bed, Smart TV and its own private bathroom with a shower.
- Going through this bedroom will lead you to a hallway. In this hallway is the first guest bathroom. It has a shower and jetted tub combo.
- Further down this hallway is another bedroom. It has a queen bed as well.
- As you exit this hallway, you will step into our 2nd dining area. It has a table with seating for 4.
- Past this dining area is the kitchen to your right. It has a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker.
- To the left of the kitchen is the primary dining room and living room.
- The dining room has a table and seating for 6.
- The primary living room has 2 sofas that can convert into sleeper sofas. These 2 sleeper sofas can accommodate one guest each for sleeping.
- This room also has a smart TV. The fireplace in this room is for decorative purposes only and is not to be used by guests.
- Outside the primary living room is a spacious porch with 2 rocking chairs.

- Backing up a little bit, if you back towards the kitchen and take a left, you will enter our dedicated workspace. It has a desk and chair.
- To the right of the dedicated workspace is our laundry room. We provide a washer and dryer and a starter amount of detergent for guest use.
- To the right of the laundry room, is our bunk room. We have 2 twin xl bunk beds in this room, for a total of 4 guests in this room.
- The bunk room also has 2 doors that access our enclosed courtyard.
- The enclosed courtyard has a concrete floor and has a patio table with seating for 4.
- The back entrance to the property is at the back of this courtyard.
- To the right side of the back entrance of the property is our dog run. It is a small, fenced, grassy area. This area may be used for your furry friends, but please pick up after your dogs.

- Going back even further, to the beginning of our journey through this home. As you enter the home from the side entrance, there is a hallway to your right.
- This hallway leads to our last 4th and 5th bedrooms, as well as our third bathroom.
- The 4th bedroom is equipped with a queen bed.
- The 5th bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a twin xl bunk bed. Up to 4 people can sleep in this room.
- The 3rd bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
- All in all, we can comfortably sleep up to 16 different guests on this property.

ARRIVING: Go to the side or back door and enter your guest-specific 4-digit code. Next, press the unlock/lock icon button and the door will unlock.

PLEASE NOTE: CHECK-IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4:00 P.M. The door code you've been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly. If you've made a same day booking after 4:00 P.M., please allow for at least one hour between booking and arrival time for our lock system to sync with your guest specific code.

PARKING: There is free parking in the 2 driveways and street.

LOCKS: Whenever you leave the property, simply press the lock icon button. Listen for the door to latch and test it to make sure it is secure. THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.

DEPARTURE: There is a $50 charge for leaving the premises unsecured. Your departure will be at 11:00 AM on your checkout date.

OTHER EXTERIOR DOORS: There is no keys provided for the other exterior doors.

TV: Both living rooms and master bedroom feature a smart TV. You're welcome to access your personal subscription services like Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, Prime Video, and others. Just remember to sign out of your accounts before checkout to ensure the privacy of your subscriptions for future guests.

SMOKING: We are a NON-SMOKING property. If there is evidence of smoking on our property, there will be a $750 fine and you will be asked to leave the property without a refund.

PETS: For approved pets, there is a $50 pet fee that covers up to 2 small dogs (under 50 lbs). 2 pets are the limit. Guests are required to pick up after their dogs. If unapproved pets are brought, there will be a $250 fee per unapproved animal. Please note that extra or larger pets would be up to our discretion and that if approved, additional charges would apply.

EVENTS: Events are allowed, but only up to the maximum occupancy of the property. Any more than that is considered a "party". No parties allowed. Parties are defined by whether you have more occupants than the maximum occupancy of the property. Parties will incur a $250 fee. (Communicate with the Host to confirm more definitive terms.) Please be respectful of our neighbors concerning noise levels, especially after 10pm.

CLEANING FEES FOR LONGER STAYS: Stays over 14 days require mid-stay cleaning. When booking over 28 days, cleanings are required every 14 days. All stays have a built-in cleaning upon checkout.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: We strive to provide a seamless and high-quality experience for all our guests. To ensure that each stay meets our high standards, we have a dedicated cleaning and maintenance schedule that must be followed between reservations. For this reason, late check-outs are not permitted and early check-ins are rarely available. Our team works hard to prepare the property thoroughly, ensuring it is cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Allowing extra time for this process helps us maintain the comfort and quality you expect. We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning your arrival and departure times accordingly. Guests who do not checkout by the scheduled checkout time will be subject to a $60 penalty. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us create a smooth experience for all guests.
