The spacious kitchen has a walk-in pantry and features all stainless steel appliances: Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Gas Stove, Dishwasher.
For your convenience in the pantry you will find: Kettle, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Blender, Waffle maker, Hand mixer, Hand blender, 8qt slow Cooker, Rice & Grain Multicooker, Air Fryer Toaster Oven.
Filter for drinking water in the refrigerator INCLUDED.
Plus, a Keurig Coffee Machine, Nespresso Coffee Machine, and Traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans) for coffee lovers. Many different and unusual kinds of coffee and teas are also provided.
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring cups and more. We also provide spices, salt, pepper, and cooking oil.


Bathrooms:
The bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron.

House Supplies:
Home is stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry pods.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to home, garage, backyard, and pool/spa WITH THE EXCEPTION OF the small closet upstairs and the first floor hall closet.

Other Things to Note:
NOISE DISTURBANCES:
Quiet time is from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.
Please be respectful of all neighbors. Noise travels easily on the lake and we require that our guests be respectful. If we receive any complaints, we will attempt to contact you once to request that you reduce the level of noise. If noise continues you may be asked to vacate the property without any refund.
