Clean, pet friendly townhome which was centrally located to travel for our other areas of interest. Close to grocery store and downtown. Thorough information for check in and check out posted at house, sent by host and on Vrbo. Keypad is “sensitive” as described and did take more attempts to get to activate. Response time to messages was inconsistent.

Pictures are accurate, property is nice and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!Honest opinion, If you’re a really picky person, this might not be the place for you. There is a little wear and tear on the house, and a couple ants in the kitchen. My husband and I are unbothered by little things like that, we value overall experience (clean beds/towels, working appliances, safe quiet spaces to sleep, etc.). so if you’re more like us this place is solid choice.Communication with the host was excellent. The water was actually off when we first arrived, but the host dealt with it quickly when I raised it to their attention and the rest of our stay went smoothly! Overall great experience.

Something of a mixed review,ProsHouse is spacious with a nice shared lawn areaLocation in Danville is very good, grocery store is very closeHeat and AC worked very wellConsNotice in the photo the king bed is on the floor, no bedside lamps, one nightstandKitchen has an ant problemKitchen had no kitchen linens, we were instructed to look for them but did not find anySeveral lights needed new bulbs making the bathroom especially dingy, again instructed to look for them but there were noneThe bathtub has a repair that we thought was an opening in the surface it’s black and misshapen. We were told the previous owner did it . Still wondering why they haven’t fixed it, we only showered in the bathtub as it looks gross. There were wet towels in the dryer, a large laundry basket of dirty? towels in the primary bedroom closet. After booking you will get a message calling the property minimalistic in bold type. Actually it’s cheap., not at all like any property we’ve ever experienced.Even with the property being disappointing, we enjoyed our stay in the area. We would consider staying here again if the owner spent a little money on it.

I was expecting a house ready for a 7 night stay. I found a place that though clean looking, it was not completely and there were no towels or hand towels for a 7 night stay. the outside trash can was full from the previous people. The place itself was on a very steep incline and my wife has ambulatory problems. Both bedrooms were on the second floor and unaccessable to her due to steepness and narrow stairs. A spider had build a web in the upstair bathroom to add to the creepiness. Food was left in the pantry and under the sink. Though non perishibles to some extent, I have NO idea what condition they were in and would not recommend leaving ANY food from previous stays. The washing machine in the cellar was moldy and the hamper contained the towels that should have been washed and put upstairs and instead were moldy in the hamper. The dryer was FULL of things, maybe sheets, but was obviously never turned on as they were wet (full hand washing after!). PLUS the owner seemed to have left a PILE of trash like boxes and old matresses in the corner. again, not good. plus the back bulkhead was unlocked and anyone could have gotten in. It did have a lock so I used it. I did contact the 'manager" and she said she was in Ohio, nowhere NEAR to help. Though lots of appologies were given, we could not stay, and though we stayed that night due to the time, we immediately left for a local hotel the next day. I am working on getting a refund
