Amazing Stay!

We had the most amazing and stress free stay! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to book. The house was clean and a short walk from the beach. They were very well at communicating and making sure we had a perfect stay which we really appreciated.

Wonderful Stay with Minor Fixes Needed

Great stay overall! The house was clean, spacious, and matched the photos. Easy walk to the beach, though the access was easy to find, the actual beach spot was a bit confusing since Terra Cotta wasn’t marked on beach signs. Pool was clean and refreshing. A few small issues — early morning noise from trash and lawn service, outdated cookware specifically skillets, and a slow-draining guest tub (standing in water for most of the shower) -but nothing that ruined the trip. We’d definitely recommend and stay again!

The only reason this got a 4 instead of a 3 was due to the location. This property while clean and close to the beach is lacking. The appliances and cookware are all old and need replaced, only half the gas grill worked, the washer/dryer are all rusted and the dryer only worked on medium heat. We were given one kitchen towel but nothing else in kitchen, no washcloths or hot pads could be found. They ask that you not use the bedding as blankets (totally understand) in the living room but no other blankets available. The outdoor patio table was rusted over and dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, we did use the other chairs which were fine. The beach access is fantastic and within walking distance, we didn’t use any of the other amenities, within driving distance to pretty much everything!

Nice clean house. Great location. Pool was nice also. Downside was all appliances need updated. Fridge did not work and we could not contact host. We finally got someone to respond and send a technician who found we needed new fridge & They brought loaner. So 24 hours without fridge was horrible with our kids. We had lots of groceries. The stove, washer and dryer also didn’t work well and air never cooled below 76. So definitely needs some updating and better communication with host.
