We are located in the city center, just 600 m from the entrance to Rua das Pedras, the highlight of Búzios tourism.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the outdoor area has a beer cooler, sauna, pool table, glass barbecue and smart TV. We provide bed linen and towels for the comfort of our guests.

The condominium's infrastructure is also complete. For those who want privacy and security just a few meters from Rua das Pedras, our location and structure are very favorable.

Our Unit has privacy, since the entire gourmet area in the photos is part of the house. So, in addition to the structure offered by the condominium, we have the option of leisure in the comfort of the property itself.

There are 4 air-conditioned suites, a guest bathroom, a large living room, a complete and well-equipped outdoor area, a barbecue area and a well-equipped and well-equipped kitchen.

All showers with gas heating. There are 2 extra single mattresses, please check availability.

Fully equipped kitchen, with utensils and appliances, stove, oven, cutlery and crockery and utensils to provide functionality.

Living/dining room integrated, with dining table, TV and Sky channels. Sofas and armchairs are available for resting;

IMPORTANT:

I- Electricity consumption is charged separately according to the Eneel table: R$ 1.33 per Kw/hr. A photograph of the clock will be taken at the entrance and at the time of check-out and the consumption value will be multiplied by the rate informed;

II - Water consumption is charged separately, according to the Prólogos table: 25.90 M3 (cubic meter) measured at the entrance and exit and multiplied by the above rate;

Access to the space is via keys that will be handed over upon identification of guests at the agreed check-in time.
