My name is Theron Larkins. I’m originally from Houlton and currently manage three properties - all in my hometown. One is a duplex and the other is an apartment that is attached to our family home. Although it is completely separated from our house and we rarely get the chance to interact with our guests, usually because that’s how the guests prefer it, we do sometimes get to meet some great people from all over the world. We’ve been renting for over six years and we’ve had only one or two rentals that weren’t ideal. Other than that we’ve had a great experience renting people a place to stay when they visit Houlton.

Houlton is a somewhat small town with about 8,000 people in it - most of them are great and friendly people who are very welcoming to guests. Most of our guests have some kind of connection to Houlton, whether from their past or some other meaningful reason they visit they area. All three of our beautiful apartments units are perfect for any type of renter, long or short-term as they are all within walking distance of downtown Houlton with lots of things to do, including restaurants, shops and lots more to discover during your trip!
