Charming 3-bedroom house in Fort Worth with WiFi, AC

Unfortunately, this guest was flagged by VRBO as suspicious behavior prior to the booking. Upon check in, the guest entered the property and complained 40 minutes later that the AC did not drop 9 degrees within that 40minutes. I explained to the guest that the unit takes at least 2hours to make that drastic of an adjustment due to the high temperatures in Texas. However, the guest decided to leave on their own after an hour of being at the property. They did not stay at the property for enough time (1 hour) to leave a review. Since they voluntarily left, the guest did not receive any compensation from VRBO, hence the review.

Hello Lincoln, Thank you for staying with us. Sorry to hear about your experience with the neighbors. However, I do wish you would have shared this feedback with me directly during your stay. Neighbors playing loud music would be out of our control, but if you had reached out, we could have prevented them from playing the music past 10pm, which is the law in Fort Worth. Nevertheless, we do appreciate your feedback.
