Had a great time at cheeky beach! The house was clean and cute! The outdoor deck was really nice too! A short 2 minute walk to the beach and you feel like your in paradise! All In all everything was great! Would definitely come back!

House was very clean, smelled great and well stocked with the essentials to spend a week away from home. Great layout, spacious bedrooms and fabulous deck. Short walk to beach. Book it.

Sandy Cheeks was the perfect vacation home. The home was very clean and had a wonderful set up for our family. There was enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy our stay. The host was very accessible and all the home’s accommodations made our stay that much better. Should we venture back to New York, we would 100% stay here again. The home was so charming and convenient to local stores, attractions, and of course a very brief walk to the lake on quiet sidewalk streets.

Place was very clean and in perfect condition. Host was great to work with and very accommodating! Coffee bar was awsome. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Everything was fantastic! House was just as listed. Really clean and very well appointed. The deck was amazing. We spent a lot of time out there. Definitely will look at staying again sometime!

We stayed at SandyCheeks over Labor Day weekend for a last minute getaway before school begins. The house is super cute, well decorated and maintained. Very comfortable. The owners thought of everything! From the coffee pods to the board games, they were well prepared for a family to stay. The upstairs deck was great on warm evenings. Short and easy walk to the beach which has a playground. Quick drive to buffalo and Niagara Falls. Lots of hiking in the nearby area. Hosts were quick to answer questions throughout the booking process and our stay. Highly recommended!!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Cheeks. It is a very comfortable, well decorated, clean, remodeled home near Lake Erie. It was perfect for 5 adults. We enjoyed the above garage deck that was off the living room. We had steaks on the gas grill. We commend the owners for their quick response and delivery of a propane tank for the grill after we found out it was almost empty. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make meals and easy clean up with the dishwasher. You can eat at the large dining table and there is ample seating on the deck. The main suggestion we have after our stay is that the owners could mark the platform inside the main entrance or place a colored rug on it. The flooring is all the same tone making it easy to trip up or down. We had our elderly parents with us so it may have been nice to have a hand railing on both sides of the staircase. Also, even though the kitchen was well stocked one thing we needed and couldn't find was an ice cream scoop. The bathrooms are nice. The beds are comfortable. We would recommend renting Sandy Cheeks.

We also really appreciate your helpful feedback, and we’ve taken your suggestion to heart and will be adding an ice cream scoop to the kitchen! We understand that an upstairs living space may be difficult for elderly guests to navigate and we will look into adding a rug or marking the stair landing to make it safer for all guests.
