Excellent host, location and unit. So close to Roger’s Center, you can see it from the balcony! I’ll happily stay here again, when we return to Edmonton in the future.

The place worked absolutely perfect for us .. close location to the hospital . It was a great source of comfort for us . Perfect layout to the place .. stocked with essentials. It’s very spacious and such a bonus to have two bedrooms and Two baths . Washer / dryer and full kitchen dining and living area . The beds were firm and the pillows were awesome. The patio was the Perfect spot with cozy area to have coffee and wind down in the evening .. patio lights and view of trees and city in distance! Felt so bad for homeless people in area but they never bothered us at all . We would come back and stay for sure ! We Appreciated your lovely place ! Thank You for having us

Everything was as we expected and access to Winspear Centre was an easily managed walk - which was our one hope. We would recommend this property.

The only thing that was a pain in the butt was there only 2 key fobs to get in and out of the building. There was 4 of us so we always had to wait to leave and come back together. The place is kind of in a bad area, lots of street people hanging around. We were very thankful to have underground parking.

Although close to Roger's Arena, the property is surrounded by homeless people, and the neighborhood feels unsafe.The suite may have been done up nicely at one point, but it was a little grubby. The bedding seemed old, and the few towels that were provided were even older and threadbare. There seemed to be a lot of items left behind by previous guests still in the suite. Perhaps a bonus if you're in need of Q-tips.

Very clean and had everything you might need. Location was perfect to go to an Oilers game as it was just a short walk to Roger’s Place. Building was quiet and overall excellent communication with the host. Would absolutely stay again!

Clean, private, cozy, host very easy to get ahold of and very kind. Only downside is the beds are not super comfy, other than that it was a nice stay. Unfortunate the area is sketchy due to alot of homeless and drug users, the building is safe and parking is safe, super quick walk over to the arena! Will be back

We stayed here with our pets. The owner was very good at communicating and the unit was clean and well maintained. Our only knock on the place is the location in an area of Edmonton's downtown where homelessness and other activities are common. We felt safe in the unit and the parkade but less safe on the street at night.

Comfortable condoNo covers on either mattress Deeper clean is necessary. Mirrors, oven, baseboards and corners need attention and I questioned how long it had been since blankets were laundered.

Subin, the host was quick to respond to all inquiries. The property was as advertised. It was clean but a little tired.The area is a little sketchy but overall we felt safe and it was quiet.

The apartment was very spacious and the furnishings and amenities were good. The kitchen and bathrooms were basically clean but cupboards, drawers, and showers could have used a deeper clean. I understand that people get busy, but I have two suggestions for the host: 1) Communicate check in procedures and expectations farther in advance. I hit the 72 hour mark and got worried because I hadn't heard anything. The host did respond, but it was a bit stressful. 2) The check-out instructions about taking out the garbage need to be updated, because the garbage bin area was locked.It was good value for the price. The adjoining Rogers venue and parking area is a bit sketchy, but the street where the condo is located is nice and tree-lined. It is conveniently located. Underground parking, and 2 BR with two separate bathrooms are good features.
