Nestled on the heights of Wildwood Street in Saint-Adolphe d'Howard, this fully renovated chalet offers breathtaking views of the shimmering lake waters. Breathe in the fresh air, listen to the gentle murmur of the water, and immerse yourself in the serenity of the surrounding nature.

Saint-Adolphe-d’Howard charms both young and old with its 85 lakes, alpine ski resort, four-season outdoor center, municipal beach, and numerous hiking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing trails. You can enjoy parks, playgrounds, green spaces, as well as numerous events and activities. Saint-Adolphe-d’Howard, naturally! The town has earned 4 Fleurons in the Fleurons du Québec program for the horticultural beautification of municipalities.
The chalet is not wheelchair accessible.
Guests have access to the entire house.

From the moment you enter, you'll be greeted by an atmosphere of absolute comfort. This air-conditioned chalet features three well-appointed bedrooms, including one in the mezzanine with a Queen bed, a balcony, and a work desk offering a panoramic view of the lake.
A second very comfortable small bedroom with a double bed is located on the main floor, next to the main bathroom equipped with a bathtub-shower and a washer/dryer. The spacious living room with a fireplace and TV, the open-concept dining area, and the small but ultra-functional kitchen create a welcoming space.
A full wall of windows with electric blinds floods the space with natural light, and a large terrace facing the lake invites you to relax in complete privacy while enjoying the sunset.
The third bedroom with a Queen bed is located on the garden level, where you will also find a second TV lounge and a bar counter with a mini-fridge and sink for preparing your drinks. An exceptional bathroom with a whirlpool tub completes this ultimate relaxation space.

As soon as you step through the patio door, a covered terrace and a natural staircase lead you to the dock, where you can embark on an adventure on the pedal boat or the provided paddleboards.
We provide:
2 windsurf boards (without sails)
1 pedal boat
2 inflatable kayaks
1 inflatable paddleboard
oars and life jackets
You have access to the beautiful Alpine Domain beach, located to the right of the chalet when facing the water. Just a 4-minute walk or a 2-minute pedal boat ride away, you will find a floating dock, perfect for enjoying the water. Additionally, a shelter with a table and chairs is available for picnics in a friendly atmosphere. Enjoy this ideal space to relax and create unforgettable outdoor moments.
It is essential to have a vehicle to get around.
In winter, it is mandatory to have good winter tires.
32 nights minimum rent.
This chalet is available for monthly rentals only (32 nights or more).
For long-term stays, a base amount for electricity is included per month. Any excess will be prorated according to your dates, with supporting invoices provided. Internet, snow removal for the parking area, a reasonable amount of firewood, and all amenities mentioned in the Chalet Guide will be supplied in sufficient quantity upon your arrival.
There are no additional fees for extra guests for rentals of 28 days or more, but it is imperative to respect the maximum capacity of the chalet. There are also no taxes.
Regarding pets, they are not accepted at this chalet.
We provide bedding and shower towels, but please bring your own for swimming and beach outings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an espresso machine, a coffee grinder, a food processor, and a gas fondue set, in addition to all the usual accessories. We also supply basic items such as sugar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee filters, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and vegetable oil, among others.
To ensure the tranquility of our chalet, we do not rent to groups planning loud parties. Thank you for respecting this policy to preserve the peacefulness of our location.
