GUEST ACCESS
Keypad self check-in. Code for unit door and garage door will be provided 3 days before arrival, along with check-in/check-out instructions. Please make sure your email address on file is up to date.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
★ Please ensure that the email address on your VRBO account is up to date. A welcome email will be sent to you within a few hours after the booking is made.
★ Travel Insurance: For extra peace of mind, we recommend adding trip protection and/or damage protection on Vrbo, which becomes available right after you complete your booking request.
★ Please note: The Solara Resort occasionally need maintenance and can result in an inconvenience such as,
• Maintenance to elevators, pool, hot tub, underground parking and gym often scheduled on short notice and beyond our control.
• By safety laws fire alarms are regularly tested. Notice is usually posted in the elevators.
★ A second heated underground parking space may be available for $10 per day - half the public price, subject to availability. Please contact the host in advance to check if it's available for your dates. Free street parking is available nearby along Kananaskis Way, but spots may be limited on weekends and during high season.
★ This condo is in the Solara condominium complex but is privately owned and managed by your host. It is not one of the units operated by the hotel manager.
★ Check-in: After 4:00 pm
★ Check-out: no later than 11:00 am
★ Bear Spray: Not provided in the unit.
★ No-pet policy (including hypoallergenic breeds).
HOUSE RULES
★ No parties. No pets. No Smoking.
★ Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms. Enjoy them in the kitchen or dining area.
★ Please remove outdoor footwear indoors to protect the flooring. Your are welcome to bring indoor shoes or slippers.
★ Please avoid makeup or hair dye stains on any white towels, feel free to bring your own wipes/dark color towels if necessary.
★ Sporting equipment (e.g. skis, bikes) cannot be stored in unit nor balcony. Waxing is strictly prohibited.
★ Only use pool towels for pool and hot tub. Do not take bath towels out of the unit.
★ No unregistered guests allowed. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit for the property.
★ Quiet Hours: 10 pm – 8 am.
★ Check out time is no later than 11:00 am
★ We do NOT charge for minor accidental damages such as a wine glass or plate, however if anything breaks or spills, please let us know ASAP so we can fix/replace for following guests.
★ During your stay, we provide vacation style housekeeping so housekeeping will only clean our condo again after departure.
★ By booking this property, you agree to take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of your guests during your stay, and to use the premises and amenities with care. The hosts are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses that occur on the property.
