Vacation away from stress and hectic. The apartment (non-smoking, no pets) was awarded 3 stars by the German Tourism Association. The spacious, cozy 2-room apartment is on the top floor of a two-family house. A large balcony invites you to linger. Own garden part with garden furniture and grill is there for you. There is a table tennis table for sporty people. There is a possibility to store your bicycles. The apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Schwifting. Within walking distance of the apartment, a grocery store with baked goods and drinks, a farm shop and vegetable shop provides you with the essentials. You will be amazed by the 'Dorfwirt' with its beer garden. Walks through woods and fields are practically on the doorstep. Good transport links support you in all your activities

Ammersee - Lech region: Holidays in Bavaria - away from stress and hectic. Just a few kilometers from Lake Ammersee and the five-lake region in the Munich area, you will find rural, rural villages such as Schwifting, which is only 3 km away from the romantic city of Landsberg am Lech. There are swimming opportunities all around, for example at the Windach storage facility, in outdoor and warm pools, at the Ammersee, Wörthsee or Pilsensee. Not to forget the beautiful thermal baths in Bad Wörishofen and the nearby Lechtalbad in Kaufering with a natural outdoor pool and sauna area.
Many churches and monasteries in the near and far surroundings invite you to visit. The Wies Church and the Rottenbuch Monastery are particularly recommended here. The Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles are definitely worth a day trip. Spend a vacation with us according to your wishes.

Perfect Location: Schwifting is a small quiet town out in the country. But it has very easy access to the highway and all the resources you could possible want are within a few short km distance in and around Landsberg am Lech. Landsberg is a beautiful quaint town well worth a visit. The nearby Ammersee is a great place to head for a swim or just to take a nice walk. It's only about 1 to 1 1/2 hour drive to really get into the mountains. Friendly Hosts: Our hosts were very friendly and ready to take care of any issues or questions we might have had. Although we were pretty well set with what we needed. They provided a lot of information about the local attractions which we took advantage of. They even provided a Lonely Planet Germany in English which was nice to have.Nice Facilities: The apartment is on the second floor up some rather steep steps. So this is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise it was exactly as described. It's very spacious with plenty of room for a family. They even provide a crib if you have a small child. Everything we could have desired was right there. It's clean and well maintained. We really appreciated the covered carport. All in all we found the hosts and the apartment to be perfect for our final 6 days in Germany.

Es war eine schöne und saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage.Mit dem Auto nur ein kurzer Weg zum Ammersee.Der Vermieter Hansi war nett und zuvorkommend. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.Die Wohnung ist weiter zu empfehlen.

Freundlicher Gastgeber! Saubere, große, gemütliche Ferienwohnung in einem ruhigen Ort nahe den Landsberg am Lech. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Hat alles., was man braucht. Einkaufszentrum in ca 3 km in Landsberg. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten, nah an den Seen, Bergen und vieles mehr. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung war ausgezeichnet, sauber und in einer super lage. Mit dem check in hat alles völlig problemlos funktioniert und der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir empfehlen jedem die Unterkunft wärmstens und wünschen dem Gastgeber alles gute. Vielleicht kommen wir auch ein zweites mal. :)

Besser gehts nicht! Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles, was man braucht! Bei trockenem Wetter lädt der große Balkon zum Verweilen ein; am Abend kann man es sich auf einem großen U-förmigen Sofa gemütlich machen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Ein Carport garantiert zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit einen sicheren Stellplatz. Last but not least funktioniert so ein toller Aufenthalt nur mit einem so netten Vermieter. Egal, was du brauchst oder wissen möchtest: Hansi hilft, wo er nur kann. Schon der Kontakt vor der Anreise war perfekt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Es waren tolle Urlaubstage trotz wechselhaftem Wetter.

Der beste Vermieter,den wir jemals hatten.

Wir haben schon viele nette und gute Vermieter kennen gelernt , aber bei Hansi Schröm haben wir uns gleich, wie zu Hause gefühlt.Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt.Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen.Schöner kann Urlaub nicht sein.Wir kommen bestimmt sehr bald wieder.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung in der nähe vom Ammersee

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Man kann die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Es war alles da was man brauchte und auch dir Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der Ferienwohnung was perfekt.. Er ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Apr kommen gerne mal wieder

Schöne gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Innerhalb 15min am Ammersee. Es hat bei der Ausstattung an nichts gefehlt. Erwähnenswert sind die Wärme in einer Dachgeschosswohnung und eine relative Nähe zur Autobahn.

Familienurlaub

Die Wohnung ist mit allen wichtigen Dingen für einen entspannten Urlaub ausgestattet. Die Lage eignet sich sehr gut, um tolle Tagesausflüge in der Region zu machen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war hervorragend.

Haben uns wohl gefühlt

Wir verbrachten hier ein paar Tage und waren mit der Wohnung als Startpunkt für Ausflüge (Landsberg, Ammersee, Augsburg) sehr zufrieden. Auch einen Regentag konnten wir auf der großen Couch und beim Dorfwirt gut verbringen. Die Einrichtung bot alles notwendige, auch wenn nicht top-modern. Das Doppelbett war aus unserer Sicht ein Minuspunkt (knarzt sehr, weiche Matratzen). Insgesamt aber wie beschrieben und zu empfehlen.

Een absoluut geslaagde vakantie. Perfect uitgerust en proper huis met een zeer vriendelijke en helpende gastheer. Zeer rustig gelegen met alle voorzieningen. Centraal gelegen om de verschillende meren te bezoeken. Ook een echt fietsparadijs.
