Great communication with host. Only a 15 minute drive to pigeon forge which was great. Also loved the pink hot tub! Definitely would stay again.

This was not what I expected at all. I was looking forward to sitting out on the deck. The pictures made it look so nice and cozy, but the deck was covered in moss and very dirty. The lock was very hard to open with the key and hard to lock. The place smelled terrible like mold or mildew! They had a humidifier in there but it wasn't working along with the TV in the living room. There were no blankets for the bed. There were throws to cover up with. This may be good for guys wanting to hang out but for my sister and I. It wasn't the place for us at all. I will have pictures with this post to prove and show what it was like.

The cabin is super cute and feels like a real mountain getaway! I loved the view and closeness to the attractions. The host was a pleasure to work with, also. A great vacation!

Very musty/mold smell with dehumidifiers running. Laundry not working. Communication fast but cancelled us one day before our stay. Got a refund for that day. Photos accurate

We had a great stay. The cabin has everything one may need and want; it’s well stocked. The host is easy to reach, and the cabin was clean.

The cabin was everything we expected. We had the best time bringing out the kids in us by playing the games upstairs. Relaxing in the hot tub and jacuzzi was perfect. We had the best weekend.

The whole place was amazing the a/c was perfect it kept the house very cool, the couches were very cozy and soft,the bedroom were very clean and the bed was very cozy to sleep on, the heart jacuzzi was amazing it helped with my bones and it was very relaxing, the hot tub got hotter than what it was supposed to which was the best part the hot tub was a blast, the lights outside at night are really beautiful the whole place felt like a home! Definitely go check it out!!

Definitely up in the mountains. Everything we needed for our small family. We were looking for a cabin that wasn't huge, had a hot tub, and 2 bedrooms. Having 2 bathrooms was an added bonus. Driveway a little tricky to find at night.

Cabin is in a good location, can easily get to anywhere; however, the road to the cabin Tyler’s way has a large wash out almost halfway across the road. There is a tree that had fallen across driveway that has been cut but sticks out off the hill also, if you are in a truck it is very difficult to turn around to leave I had to back down the driveway. Cabin was clean but the beds need to be fix, the down stairs bed is blown out and upstairs felt like we slept on the floor it was so low. Cabin is also for sale we had a person come to do an open house while we stayed. All in all, the cabin is clean but in need of several updates and fixes but is in a very good location as long as the road doesn’t wash out

The washing machine was not working so upon arrival there were towels draped over the machine. The sheets had NOT been washed/changed but since we arrived at 11 pm we had to sleep on the couch, etc. Someone came to clean the next day but he didn't offer a discount or refund of any sort & wanted us to still leave a 5-star review.

Except for a few inconvenieces, our family vacation was nice. Main floor bed mattress needs replacement! Sinks on one side and cant get comfortable for sleep. A dresser is needed for extended stay clothing storage. Four drawer chest is small and inside closet with no bars for hanging clothes. Broken down packing boxes stacked in closet. Only one shower located in bathroom on main floor. Upstairs bedroom no pole in closet for hanging clothes. No shower in second floor bathroom. Jacuzzi/tub. TV in each bedroom works with remote. Living room TV does NOT have a remote. Universal remote provided does not match signals. Philips remote/Vizio TV. Refrigerator gasket is not connected to door properly. Had sticky stuff that I had to use cleaning wipes to remove so door gasket stopped sticking. Hot tub works great. Close to all attractions. Dollywood train can be heard from cabin. Need 4 wheel drive to get up very steep and curved driveway. Best to back in. Driveway/property not wide enough to turn around. Windows need cleaning! Screens are damaged or non existant. Dont even know if windows open. Front door needs to be pushed to open, and pushed to close. Rubs against door frame. Nice cabin, but will definitely pay a little extra for accommodations elsewhere.

Honeymoon trip

The air conditioner did not work well from the beginning. Trees had fallen over the driveway and had barely been trimmed to allow a car to pass underneath. None of the 3 tvs on property worked. The WiFi did not work the first night. Due to this there was miscommunication with host about getting ac repaired. At one point I got in contact over phone and was told they didn’t have time to deal with me bc it was their daughter’s birthday. Got an ac repair crew out. Repair only lasted a few hours before freezing up again. Last few nights were hot at night. Not exactly the way I wanted to spend a honeymoon

Cabin was not cleaned at all. We had dirty bedding ,all the dishes we used had to be washed before we used them because they were filthy , the floors were not clean either our feet was black from just walking in cabin . My little boy that crawls was filthy from the floors . There was a rug in the main bedroom that was covered in dog urine . I found that after I sat my bag on it when i was trying to figure out where the nasty smell was coming from. We had to finally put the rug outside because I put the rug in the laundry room but then ot started stinking the whole house up. We wouldve washed the bedding but the washer is messed up! I messaged the host around 730/8 asking for clean bedding but he did not message back until midnight and he was no help other than askimg if he needed to send the cleaning people out then. Well at that point we was trying to survive the night and was in bed . The counters werent wiped off either bc there was coffee spilt on them and we didnt use the coffee pot , there was someones otc medicine left at the heart shaped tub as well . I just dont think ANYTHING was cleaned before we arrived ! I would not recommend staying here if you are expecting a clean stay ! Not to mention the tacky wood work around the light switches and bath tub . Planned this for my 16 year old daughters birthday party with friends and i was super embarrassed!

Description was very accurate. Road/driveway off main road is approx 2 miles and curvy and hilly and u def need 4wd if winter weather. House was very spacious and most everything was clean. Coulda used a lil spring cleaning on the windows and got the debris out the tracks so the windows fully locked shut. Kitchen isn’t stocked fully so if u wanna cook big meals ur gonna need to bring ur own pots and pans. We used throw away pans so no biggy. All tubs and showers were great including hot tub which worked perfectly and was very relaxing after a long day. Towels for bath and hot tub were provided so that was nice. Washer however wasn’t working on our stay but I’m sure u can inquire to make sure it is if u need it for urs. Check in and check out procedure was effortless and very easy. Would def stay here again even our pets loved the spacious layout.
