Mesquite Treehouse @ A-Frame Ranch

Summary:
The Mesquite Cabin at A-Frame Ranch is a modern A-frame treehouse set on 17 beautiful acres right on the edge of charming Fredericksburg, TX. This is a place to truly unwind and feel like you’re out in the country, while being less than a 10 minute drive to Main Street. The area has so much to offer, from dance halls and wineries, to gourmet restaurants and hiking. Or stay in the entire weekend- sit back on your private balcony while gazing at the stars or watch the deer go by in the morning!

The Space:
The space

Bedroom: There is a Tuft & Needle King-sized bed with 400 thread count sheets, and a sound machine. We also provide eye masks as there is a wall of windows.

Kitchenette: Mini refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven provided, with basic dishes. We have a Nespresso machine (pods provided) and an electric water kettle with a french press.

Bathroom: There’s a walk-in shower with dual rainfall shower heads. Towels (bath and pool) are provided as well as Public Goods brand shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash. Hair dryer and iron available as well.

Living Area: 50-inch smart Frame TV with Roku so you can log into your favorite streaming channels.

Outdoor Area: Relax on the private balcony patio overlooking a dry creek and native post oak trees. Hang out around the communal fire pit (firewood provided) and then lounge around in the container pool, with surrounding views. The pool deck has a propane grill and ice maker. Beneath the cabin, there are hanging chairs. We also have a cedar barrel sauna on site available to all A-Frame Ranch guests.

- Watch for deer when driving to our cabin! They are abundant.
- Starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags provided.
- We have 7 A-Frame cabins on the property- check out our other listings if you need to accommodate a larger party, or have children.
- This unit is the sister unit to the Cedar Treehouse. They are part of the same structure but do not have any shared walls.

- ONLY toilet paper in toilet- we are on a septic system.
- Check out is 11:00 AM and check in is at 4:00 PM.
- No pets, please!
- No smoking.
- Cars must remain on gravel driveway or gravel parking areas.

The Neighborhood:
Set on 17 acres, feel like you're out in the Texas Hill Country, while only being 10 minutes from Main St.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available, as well as private car services such as Zacary's Pick em Up Ridez.

Other Things to Note:
Feel free to explore the 17 acres during daylight hours, but be mindful of other guests' privacy.

NOTE: This is a pet friendly property and there is a one time pet fee of $50 per pet/ per night.

Interaction with Guests:
We live just a few minutes away, and are available by phone.
