Quiet and secured place with all we need for the family. Comfortable beds. Near groceries, Disney, Seaworld and Universal. Host is always available and friendly. We certainly go back for a family trip.

Everything in the house is useless. The sink was blocked I had to start uncovering it and that took me more than an hour this morning. The house has a lot of cockroaches that cost my son a skin allergy. The beds are all old, you feel the bed sprines old and damaged. The bathroom keys are damaged, the entrance door is broken, the kitchen is incomplete and the cabinets are all damaged. My experience with this property has been very frustrating. We go out to relax, not to take this stress

This unit was clean overall, but the upstairs needed to be vacuumed. There were no bugs seen at all which is rare at any property in Florida. The king bed in the master bedroom has a very thin and worn out mattress so we ended up sleeping in separate beds upstairs that were in much better shape. The jetted tub was nice for tired Disney feet, but only half of the jets worked. The living room sofa was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything g we needed. The listing claims to have a lake view, but that is not correct; the view was of the KOA campground. Our only issue we had to contact anyone for was that the wifi was out. We would stay here again only if the master bed had a new mattress.

Maria was amazing and responded really quick when we needed something. We needed help getting in our fault on our end and she was very quick to help us. We had trouble again with the door and Maria was quick to send maintenance our way for help and we got it took care of. We arrived on a Friday and was told by the property that their pool would be closed starting Monday for resurfacing and we were suppose to be notified but we weren’t. There was glass on the single bed by the window in the bunk bed bedroom, I notified Maria and she was great but I went ahead and cleaned it up however my children could have been hurt. There was a pill in the floor that our dog almost got a hold of in the master bedroom, the bath tub in the master was filthy, we cleaned it with Dawn and it was a huge difference. There was tons of dust, trash, dirt under the dressers, behind the doors, in the floors it took one good sweep and mop for us to get it clean. There was no wash cloths we bought us some at the store. I don’t blame Maria at all for the dirty mess but I think her housekeepers are doing her dirty and not doing their job. Overall, we had a good time in the end nothing we couldn’t handle ourselves or that Maria wasn’t super responsive to. We also really didn’t spend much time in the room either.

This was a great place to stay for me , my wife and four kids , we made a lot a good memories on our vacation and this place will always be on our hearts! The place was clean and organize,and Cozy ; the condominiom complex is very prívate and quite , I was surprise that we have to go thru a gate and security to get in , which it made us feel very safe, the Pool was awsome , disney is at about 15 minutes, and universal it would take is about 30 minutes with traffic and all, there are all kind of business and restaurants all around the property, the host was always check on us to see of we needed anything. We could have never picked a better place to stay , we are so glad we found it , I would definatly recommend this place for your next vacation
