Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the spaciousness of our property. We take cleanliness seriously and have addressed the concerns mentioned with our cleaning team. Regarding the master bathroom, the discoloration in the shower was professionally inspected and determined not to be mold. We are nevertheless taking steps to address the appearance and condition of the area. We would also like to clarify that the sauna and telescope were both functioning properly during the stay. The sauna already has operating instructions provided for guests. We appreciate the feedback and will continue to maintain and improve the property for our future guests.

Regarding the driveway, the steep hill is noted in the property description and is also mentioned in the message sent prior to arrival. Guests are given the opportunity to review this information and cancel if they feel the driveway may not work for them. We respectfully disagree with the claims in this review. The hot tub and sauna were inspected immediately after your departure and confirmed fully operational. A new guest checked in the same day and reported no issues with the property or amenities. The steep driveway and winter conditions are clearly disclosed and were communicated multiple times before arrival. Snow removal was completed prior to check-in, and you were offered the option to cancel with a full refund if you were uncomfortable. You chose to stay and requested a full refund only after your departure. After check-out, you demanded that a cleaner return immediately, but weather made it unsafe. During our phone conversation, communication became hostile despite our efforts to assist, and we asked that you work with Vrbo support to resolve the matter. Complaints about your 4-hour drive are unrelated to the property. Mouse traps were preventative, and no evidence of infestation was found. The shower was cleaned and inspected; no mold was present. We stand by the cleanliness, safety, and accuracy of our property, reflected in the many positive reviews from other guests.
