We loved staying here! It's a charming home that seems very much like your grandparent's house you stayed at as a kid. Lots of room for my wife and I and our kids.

Perfect accomodations and close to the Cat Ferry in Yarmouth. Perfect for my dog, plenty of yard to walk him around in.

Weekend sway was perfect

Cute and cosy cottage was perfect for a family weekend away. It was exactly what we needed and was a great price. We enjoyed our time here.

Very enjoyable, lots of great beaches in the area, beautiful views, easy access to the ferry. We loved the neighbors farm animals, and the cows across the street were a big hit with the kids. The house is small, but well maintained, and well equipped.

Well we had some issues. Key- please communicate when you change its location. The kitchen and bathroom weren’t very clean - Old coffee & grounds in coffee maker and soap on the bathroom tile wall. Uneven thresholds ( very dangerous for we seniors!)- may be some signage? Pillow smelled. No doors! -no privacy & fire hazard. Worst of all - there was no hot water. I had a tepid shower and only hair and face, the o the three ladies didn’t use it at all. We had to boil a large pot of water to clean the dishes. Your rate covers a cleaning fee. Turntable & albums were so much fun!!

Cozy little cottage

We had a great time staying here. It was pure luck because our ferry got canceled, and we were happy Joshua had an open night. The cottage is adorably decorated and has a million things to look at, including old family photos, knick knacks, and even a record player. It was super windy the day we were there (the reason the ferry was canceled was big swells), so we didn’t get to use the outdoor space much, but it was nice and included an umbrella for shade. My kids felt super comfortable here with the big beanbag chair and all the fun decor.There are stairs leading to 2/3 of the bedrooms, and none of the bedrooms have doors, which is something to keep in mind when booking. The downstairs bedroom does have curtains as a door. As the cottage is over 100 years old, some of the floor transitions are noticeable. There are not a lot of overhead lights in the older part of the house, so they left little flashlights to use if necessary at night, but they also have ceiling lights with a dimmer in the living room and a light up lighthouse light near the bathroom, so we didn’t use the flashlights. My family loved the character, and none of these things were an issue for us. The kitchen and bathroom have been remodeled and include the modern amenities. The host was great with communication, and everything was clean. This house is 12 minutes from the ferry terminal, but feels a world away and peaceful. We even spotted a baby duck next door. Thanks for a great stay!

It’s a fun and homey cottage. First impression is it’s on a main road but traffic is just one car every ten minutes. Nice shower, hot water is quick, we loved the coffee, added to the ice inventory, the neighbor are friendly, and blankets a plenty.
