THINGS TO KNOW:
-Home Located in Mountain Shadows Community with access to multiple pools, spas, tennis/pickleball court and Golf course-All within walking distance.
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending
-Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fee of $300 Per/Month will apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total.
-Parking notes: You'll find parking for 1 car in the driveway
