This property is just like it is listed. Easy check in and host very easy to communicate with and very nice. Was down for a birthday party and the park is directly across from house. So if your traveling with kiddos thats a plus. House is very well stocked and very clean. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Fenced in backyard with fire pit and sitting very nice with outdoor lights. Light switches where labeled which I very much appreciate when host do that, no flipping a dozen of them trying to figure it out. The house book is very helpful and very well laid out. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home!

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving to visit our son who lives nearby. The house was great for the five of us and the close proximity to the village of Pinehurst and golf amenities was perfect. Jon was a wonderful host and very attentive from the time we booked through our stay.

Cute clean place. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue was we didn't realize two bedrooms were up steep stairs. But was still a very nice place

Fab location and price for Pinehurst proper! We just loved our stay. Felt like home. Clean. Attention to detail. Attentive host. Little touches. Honestly, couldn’t fault the property. Easy walk into town (when it’s not too hot), park and amazing playground across the road, splash park about 5 min walk.

Ok! If you’re looking for a cottage in the village of Pinehurst, take it from me ( a homeowner in the village) This cottage is wonderful!! It’s very clean, cozy and the mattress’s were really nice! That’s important to me! Sleep! Close to the brewery… pizza… and other fun establishments! The front porch was my favorite! Coffee in the morning and wine at night! There’s a beautiful park across the street if you like to people watch! Jon, the owner, was so accommodating and easy to talk to! What I loved ALSO was they had everything you’d need from plastic wrap to honey, trash bags, dishwashing soap… didn’t have to buy any of that! Even paper towel! That’s not always the case!Beautiful place … wonderful bedding! First class owners! You cannot go wrong!!! Enjoy!

This is a cute cottage and is well stocked with everything you need. We were really disappointed upon arrival to discover that both full baths are located on the first floor, therefore guests staying in the two upstairs bedrooms have to go downstairs to use a bathroom, and the stairs are very steep. When I contacted the host he was very responsive and has since amended the listing to show the bathroom locations. This is my only reason for not giving 5 stars.
