Such a cute, cozy, clean and comfortable place to wind down and relax after a fun day in Bentonville and the surrounding area. So happy with our choice and would readily stay here again. Perfect location!

We loved our stay at this property in Bentonville. The location was perfect for mountain biking. It was also just close enough to the square to be convenient yet far enough to be quiet. The house itself was wonderful. There was plenty of room and everything was well maintained. The bed was very comfortable! We would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice for a small group of people. Everything was nice and up to date as well as in great condition. We enjoyed two nights and would have been happy to stay there longer. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and nice.

We came for mountain biking and this is close to all trails ! We rode 166 miles in 8 days ! We never needed a rental car ! House was very nice !

Melissa was a great host, incredibly responsive to any questions I had. The house is on a quiet street about a mile from downtown and a third of a mile from a great coffee shop (Airship). The house was as described, good water pressure in the shower, extremely comfortable bed, well-appointed kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit Bentonville again and would definitely stay in this house again.

Fell in love with this property. On a quiet street, within walking distance or short drive to shops and restaurants. So nicely decorated, and the host thought of everything you would need! Plan to stay here again next month for a concert at the Amp, if the property is available. Fingers crossed!!!

This house is a perfect spot to enjoy Bentonville. The location is perfect. Close to downtown but very quiet. The house was sparkling clean and had the best equipped kitchen! It made us wish we were cooking in more, but Bentonville has many fabulous restaurants to enjoy. I hope we can return and stay here again.

Great place to stay. This rental has everything you might need and more. The owners have thought of everything. Definitely a keeper. Located just a short ride to all Bentonville has to offer (which is an incredible amount).
