Nestled in Truro, this super sweet bright bungalow offers 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a queen bed, another with a full bed, and the third with a twin bed. Location is very close to downtown , Victoria Park and all that Truro has to offer! With amenities like WiFi, washer/dryer , and ROKU guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The bathroom features a relaxing bathtub for a soak after your day. Feel free to reach out to us, we're happy to suggest local spots to check out.

    The home was very comfortable for 4 adults. All the comforts of home. Easily walkable to amenities. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Host very responsive. Highly recommend.

    We were asked to pay an additional cleaning fee after our stay. The cleaning instructions stated to do dishes and if wet, leave in drying rack (which we did). They said they had to re wash dishes after our stay. Which is a little wild because we had to wash dishes when we got there because of the residue left on some. When we got there the plastic shower curtain had black on it (I'm not sure if it was changed) and the shower shelves had left over soap residue from a previous stay. The smell was musty when we arrived. The host said that there were items under the bed and the cleaner had to do additional clean up but we had left the space neat and tidy. There had been clothing items in a dresser when we arrived from someone previously. Also, someone lives in the basement which we were not aware of by the ad. It states you have the entire home to yourself but there is a long term resident living in the basement. We did not know this until we received check in instructions. We felt a little weird and uneasy about this. It states there was laundry on site but we had no idea where this was until I contact the host. They said it was in the basement and was shared with the person living down there. I went to take a look, walked down to the basement where there were three doors. It was poorly lit and I had not idea which door would be the laundry, and which would be where the person lived so I quickly made my way back up. It felt a bit sketchy to be honest.

    It was a pleasure hosting Reuban for this stay. I am glad our spot worked out well for his family while in Truro.

    I am an Albertan who met a Nova Scotian from Truro, and together we built a family out west. We have always spent some bulk time every year in Truro and the surrounding area. We have family , summer cousins and absolutely love the rhythm and routine of our time there.

    This lovely home has been in the family since it was built and holds many beautiful memories. It's a lovely simple place on a quiet family street with an easy walk downtown, to the market/restaurants and Victoria park. We hope you build many amazing memories on your visit !

    (FYI : there is a very quiet long term tenant who live in the basement unit)
