This house was perfect for our large group gathering! Dee was very communicative and went above and beyond to accommodate our group. The upstairs gathering area is so spacious!

Stayed a long weekend with friends for a triathlon event. Host and property were great! Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time on our short beach vacation!House was well suited for our family and very comfortable. Not a crazy fancy place, but that wasn’t what we were looking for. The pool was fun to swim in and it was short walk to the beach. Lots of great amenities were provided (games, beach equipment and wagon, bikes, etc). Great being such a short walk to the beach. We saw manatees a short drive away and enjoyed some fishing. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent host with proactive and helpful communication. Had never been to this part of Florida and will be back... Dee's recommendations were solid and this house has everything you need. Weather didn't smile on us but can't control that. Great place for a guys or Dad's trip!

Best things: proximity to the beach and use of hot tub and pool. However we felt misled by the VRBO listing. It showed lagoon access, leading us to believe it was on the Indian River. Those pictures have since been removed. Place is poorly maintained. Junk like broken pots thrown into the tropical plantings. Entry is very unsafe. Chaise falling apart. 1st level bathroom door and cabinet falling off, poor tile/grout work. Moldly caulk in all bath tubs. Bikes not maintained, bike pump did not work. Rodents left droppings and ate bananas. Not worth the 8 grand for the holiday week. Left early. Very disappointed. VRBO should vet the properties they list.

We were surprised to read these concerns as you had messaged that everything was going great and no issues were reported during your stay. Many of the items mentioned could have been quickly addressed had we been notified. For clarity, no photos have been removed from the listing, and the location is accurately described with the ocean a short walk at the end of the street. At no point has the listing suggested lagoon access. We always encourage guests to ask questions before booking if anything in the listing is unclear, and we are always quick to address concerns so guests can fully enjoy their stay. As reflected in our other reviews, on all platforms, we work hard to ensure guests have a great experience and appreciate open communication during a stay so any issues can be resolved right away.

This was the perfect place to celebrate our dad's 80th birthday. The host was very responsive and caring. The home had games, pool floats and floaties, beach chairs, and so much more. We had a great time and created lasting memories. Would definitely recommend!
