Other Things to Note:
Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.
Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:
1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.
2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8
3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)
4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.
Pets are welcome depending on their size, but please inform us beforehand and confirm your intention to bring a pet to avoid potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee per pet will be applied.
Fees for bringing a pet vary based on the length of your stay: for stays of 1 to 4 nights, there is a $25 per night charge per pet; for stays of 5 to 29 nights, there is a $200 fee per pet; and for stays of 30 nights or more, the fee is $300 per pet.
Please note that the company is not liable for any building maintenance or repairs.
