The second-floor landing has a perfect second living space with a large tv and wet bar. There are three bedrooms, two and a half baths on the second floor. A second master with an en suite, king bed; a queen bedroom and a full bunk room with two FULL BUNKS! These two bedrooms share a jack & jill bathroom. The third floor has one queen bed and three twin size beds and one bathroom, just perfect for kids! The sofa on the first and second floor are sofa sleepers. The view from the second floor balcony, complete with tables and chairs, looks out over the GULF across the street. There's plenty of parking for 6+ vehicles.
