We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive use of the lower level unit of the duplex with a dedicated entrance. Additionally, the driveway is shared with the upper-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles. The upper level unit can also be rented separately, and may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

Please note that there are a few outbuildings on the property that you will not have access to and there are commercial garages, cars, and trailers behind the home.

A cozy sectional invites you to settle in for movie nights on the 65" Smart TV, while high-speed Wi-Fi and a second TV in the primary bedroom make it easy for everyone to enjoy entertainment in their own way. Board games are provided for evenings spent laughing and connecting.

Kitchen and dining
Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, the sleek kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a flat-top stove, and all the cooking basics you’ll need. Fresh coffee is provided for a slow start to your morning, enjoyed around the dining table that comfortably seats six. The space flows seamlessly, making shared meals and conversation a natural part of your stay.

Restful bedrooms
Four thoughtfully furnished bedrooms ensure everyone has a comfortable place to recharge. The primary bedroom features a plush king bed and its own TV, while the other three bedrooms each offer a queen bed with soft linens and calming touches. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and the peaceful setting create restful nights for both early risers and late sleepers.

Updated bathrooms
Two newly remodeled bathrooms bring modern convenience with glass-enclosed showers, spacious vanities, and hotel-quality essentials including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Having two full baths means there’s room for everyone to get ready without hassle.

Though located in the heart of East Denver, the home sits on a rare one-acre lot, giving guests a sense of space not often found within the city. Outdoor furniture offers a quiet spot to relax with a book or a cup of coffee. A circular driveway provides ample parking, and with your own private entrance, coming and going feels effortless.

East Denver offers a blend of urban convenience and natural beauty. You’ll be just minutes from grocery stores, local restaurants, and cultural attractions, with Cherry Creek State Park a 10-minute drive away and downtown Denver only 15 minutes from your door. An e-manual provided in the home includes curated recommendations for hikes, dining, and attractions so you can make the most of your stay.

In addition to bus routes, the area also has access to light rail service through the RTD's Denver Light Rail system. This makes it easy to get around the city and explore all that East Denver has to offer. The nearest station to the home is located within a short distance and can be reached by bus or bike.

Additionally, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also available in the area, providing another convenient option for transportation.

Please be aware that this unit is the lower suite of an up/down duplex, and the upper unit is also available for rent. Each unit has its own dedicated entrance. Additionally, the driveway is shared with the upper-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles.
