Welcome to your Denver home base - a relaxing retreat perfect for families, friends & small groups! Enjoy peaceful surroundings, modern comforts & quick access to downtown attractions:

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive use of the lower level unit of the duplex with a dedicated entrance. Additionally, the driveway is shared with the upper-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles. Please note that there are a few outbuildings on the property that you will not have access to and there are commercial garages, cars, and trailers behind the home.

Each room is equipped with essentials, extra pillows, and blankets, ensuring everyone can settle in comfortably.

The open-concept living area invites connection and comfort, with a cozy sectional set before a 65" Smart TV - perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. A second TV in one of the bedrooms offers extra flexibility for quiet downtime. With fast Wi-Fi and an ethernet connection, it’s easy to stay entertained or get work done during your stay.
Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to cook and share meals with ease. Stainless steel appliances, a flat-top stove, and a coffee maker set the tone for simple, home-style dining. The dining table seats six comfortably, creating a natural gathering spot for breakfasts or family dinners.
Bathrooms
Two remodeled bathrooms feature glass-enclosed showers, ample vanity space, and bathroom essentials. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided for your convenience.
