This beautiful and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit sleeps 8 comfortably! This condo overlooks the lagoon pool, lazy river and aquatic garden area. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom both have King beds and their own private bathrooms. There in a bunk alcove that sleeps two, and sleeper sofa in the living room.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brand new Modern building and grounds. Location perfect for access to the meticulously planned out lazy river and pool. Highly recommended and definitely return here on my next visit. Distance to the beach is.5 mile walk and for us carrying chairs and cooler required us to drive but took several walks just to explore and enjoy without sitting on the beach. Once the ongoing construction is complete I imagine they plan on a walkway from the Grove property that reduces the distance and need to use the road.

Condo clean and near large pool

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo was excellent—it was right next to the pool, which was very convenient. The condo itself was beautifully renovated and exceptionally clean.However, it was lacking many basic vacation essentials. I understand that you’re expected to bring most of your own supplies, but it didn’t even have simple things like salt and pepper, and the blankets provided were extremely thin. Even after using the extra blankets from the closet, my kids and I were cold every night. If you’re driving, I’d definitely recommend bringing a few extra warm blankets.Communication from the resort was also disappointing. It was often difficult to reach anyone by phone, and callbacks sometimes took hours. We were never given clear instructions on how to access the beach or where to park. You can’t simply walk to the beach from the condo, and we ended up figuring it out on our own because there was no information provided in the condo and we couldn’t get ahold of the resort. Also, Google Maps directed us to the wrong location, while Waze took us to the correct entrance. It would have been very helpful to know that in advance.Overall, we had a good vacation, and the pool was large, beautiful, and one of the highlights of our stay. However, because of the lack of amenities and poor communication, we probably wouldn’t choose to stay at this resort again.

Thank you for the detailed feedback — we're glad the location, renovations, and cleanliness stood out, and that the pool was a highlight for your family. Food items generally are not provided, ever since COVID. The office hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm daily to answer phones and also using the text messaging communications. The resort map provided shows where the beach lot to park is located. As for Google Map. We have on all emails, text communications to NOT use Google Maps. The Grove is a brand new development and Google Maps has yet to add the new street to their service. We always advise to use Apple maps or Waze. We appreciate you taking the time to share this so honestly, and we hope we can earn back the chance to host you again with a much smoother experience.
