Great safe clean and convenient location. Property has bare minimum cooking utensils and pans so if you plan to cook much plan accordingly. Shower heads could use an upgrade. Host was quick to answer questions we had. If the app would have let me rate our stay at 4.5 stars I think that’s more appropriate.

We’ve stayed at more than one property with Rachel and they always are immaculate!! Convenient location to everything in E-Town in a nice and quite community!

Pet friendly. Great neighborhood with very quiet streets for walking dogs. Shady parking areas. Wish there were some front porch chairs. The weather was so nice and the three Japanese maple trees out front were gorgeous. The big dining table was great for eating and doing family puzzles. Could have used some better lighting in that area tho. Easy access to restaurants and shopping and the interstate. Happy over all experience!

Good location in a nice neighborhood! Nice upgrades to the property with spacious rooms. We had a nice time and would stay here again if we’re ever in the area!

Everything was there and ready to be used. Home was clean, plenty blankets and pillows. Sitting furniture was comfortable. Plenty of hot water. I will definitely recommend this home to my family and friends for a clean, nice and peaceful place to stay.

Perfect for our needs

We needed a place for us and our 3 grown children to stay after a family event. We didn’t need a lot out of the property but it fit our needs perfectly.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect—everything we needed was within about 10 minutes, making it easy to get around while still enjoying a quiet place to relax.A few small improvements would make this an even better experience. More common household amenities would be appreciated, especially in the kitchen. We would have loved to have basics like mixing bowls, measuring cups, and even something to write with. Additional towel hooks or racks throughout the house would also be helpful.The basement was a nice bonus, but it didn’t feel especially safe. The stairs were a bit concerning, and the extra clutter made the space feel less inviting.A few board games or family games would also be a nice touch for guests to enjoy during downtime.Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely consider staying again. With just a few small additions and updates, this would be an even better place for future guests.

Thank you to Rachel for offering her property to us for the weekend. We traveled to Etown for a soccer tournament and very much enjoyed our stay in the home, opposed to a hotel. I would recommend adding a small nightstand to both sides of the beds, in each bedroom. Even if it is a super small one. Pretty sure we all go to bed these days with both a water and a phone. Us aging adults have a hard time picking up anything from the floor, in the middle of the night ;-pThanks again!!

COMFORT! Clean! Smelled good. Easy to get to from anywhere! Quiet neighborhood. SPACIOUS rooms! Communication with the Property Manager was excellent. Fast responses. Security. Just like being at home. My cousin from NYC was in HEAVEN to be able to walk on FRESH grass, barefoot. Felt the essence of nature. Something we who live in areas with grass do not think about.I would highly recommend this property! I would stay again. In today’s economy, everything is high, but this property was affordable when everyone pitched in. Thank you for the wonderful stay!Sorry, too busy with activities and SLEEP to take pics.

Everything was perfect for us to have an excellent stay with all the comforts of home and close to family but not having to sleep on their sofa bed or air mattress.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and it was only two miles from sports park. Host was very accommodating with requests. Our first time staying in a house over a hotel in Elizabethtown. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

Very charming house in a quaint community! Enjoyed our stay very much! Kitchen is a little small but we didn’t cook a lot while there. Would have no problem staying here again. Beds were comfortable and the house layout was great! LOVE the dual sided fireplace!
