Snow was terrible this March at Steamboat, but had there been snow, this would have been a great place to stay to ski in and out. The place was clean and check in was easy and smooth. Great layout with 4 bedrooms

Overall an excellent experience. Check-in was very easy and there was staff on site to help with anything. The size and quantity of the bedrooms and bathrooms was generous. Loved the layout of the rooms....there was no "lesser" room and all were comparable. Good access to the deck. Location was walkable to everything....base, restaurant, ice cream, brewery, etc. The pool area is small and needs a little updating but not crowded and we enjoyed it. There are several hot tub areas and grills that we also utilized. We will be back.

A fantastic property! It has a great layout and the steam shower in the master is amazing! The unit was sparkling clean and the front desk (Al) couldn't have been more attentive and helpful! We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property over a holiday weekend. The unit itself was extremely spacious, clean, and well stocked. The complex amenities were superb. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommend!

February 2021 Stay

Great Place

Very nice, great location and spacious. We had 3 families with 1 child each (9 total) stay and it was enough space for us all. Common areas were large including the balcony. We would stay here again for sure.

Despite the low snow total for the year, we had a lovely time in Steamboat. The accommodations were wonderful and exceeded expectations. The pool and hot tub were great for the parents and kids alike. The storage space for our skis and dryers for our boots were a great perk and kept us from having to carry everything into the condo. The icing on the cake was AL, the property manager/host. He helped bring our luggage to our room, helped move ski gear for the kids and just made for a wonderful customer service experience. He was the icing on the cake for a wonderful trip. We will absolutely be back to Chateau Chamonix and hope that AL will be there to great us upon our return!

Perfect getaway with friends

My friends and I and our significant others came up for the Steamboat Wine Festival. This condo was perfect for 3 couples + some friends. All the rooms were well furnished and stocked. My favorite thing to do was drinking coffee on the patio in the mornings. The condo is walking distance from the lift and lots of great restaurants and breweries. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Good location/ not well stocked

Loved location, definitely had a few broken appliances. Kitchen not well stocked but overall good stay. Bring your own butter/ spray/olive oil / foil/ trash bags if you plan to cook!

We stock the kitchen with fresh cleaning supplies & trash bags, but spices, condiments, etc. generally don't get left behind for others to use, especially in the current cicrcumstances.

2-night stay

We had two different groups, one arrived at 3pm, the other at 7pm. The office was closed for us arriving afterhours yet Allen made it so easy and communicated each step for us. I so appreciated the communication. He called us the day before arrival verifying, and twice on the day of. The place was clean and I felt safe. Love that each bedroom has it's own bath. Where can you find a 4 bedroom, 4 bath place? This is it! I would definitely stay here again. We did not cook here, yet the kitchen & entertaining area was large.

Great stay

Unit was large and comfortable for our stay. Pool was smaller than it appears in photos, but kids didn't mind! Would definitely stay here again.

February 2020 Stay

We were so pleased with our stay. The front desk, manager, maintenance and housekeeping were all super. It’s nice to find a high end place that somehow manages not to attract high-maintenance/obnoxious clientele. We never heard a peep from a neighbor or upstairs unit. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. The ski access is super easy. We will definitely come again.
