Embrace the magic of a Floridian vacation with the comforts of home, ensuring a delightful stay. The pool is neither hot nor cold, always a comfortable 79 degrees!
From the moment you arrive, our spacious property extends a warm welcome, offering a driveway that can comfortably park 6+ cars. The townhouse itself features three tastefully furnished bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen in the main section. A convenient bathroom complements this space, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Step outside to discover a slice of backyard paradise. Our patio is a green oasis, boasting a lush lawn and an inviting above-ground temperate pool. Whether you fancy a leisurely swim, a sun-soaked afternoon, or a tranquil moment with a good book, the patio offers the perfect setting.
What truly sets our property apart is its unique extension up to a peaceful canal. A safety fence separates this serene setting, and a small gate offers access to the canal bank. Here, you can commune with nature, watch the sunset, or even indulge in a spot of fishing.
Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay. This includes the inviting living area, the fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable bedrooms, and the outdoor spaces. We encourage you to take advantage of these amenities, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, taking a refreshing dip in the pool, or simply unwinding by the tranquil canal.
The property also extends to a calming canal, accessible via a small gate. Whether you want to try your hand at fishing or simply enjoy the serene view, this space is available for you to enjoy.

In respect to our peaceful neighborhood, we kindly request guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. We also maintain a no-smoking policy within the house for the comfort of all guests. These small courtesies contribute to a pleasant stay for everyone.
