Nestled in a quiet 45-unit complex on West Gulf Drive, Sand Pointe offers a relaxing atmosphere with a pool just steps from the beach.
Please Note: Active construction is ongoing as we continue to recover from Hurricanes Ian, Helene & Milton. The pool, pool bath, and elevators are currently under restoration with completion not expected before August 2025. We appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance your future stay.
