This was our first time staying at this property and will definitely be back! We loved the fact that they had a pool for our kids to play with and loved the onsite breakfast!The location was another plus. I loved how close it was to so many of our favorite Tahoe spots and to Heavenly Village which has so many stores, restaurants & activities!

Traveling with a service dog, the front desk made me sign a pet form then I was charged a pet fee on my card which I noticed when I got home. When I called the site the did agree to reimburse me, which I have received . Hallways were pretty dirty, room was ok but not spotless. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Needs updating. Great location though. Walk to restaurants, shopping and casinos. Would try again if I return

Comfortable & Great Location

The condos were great. Perfect location. Across the street from Heavenly Village, down the street from one of the beaches. The condo itself was clean and comfortable.

The property comes across as a condo and not as part of a resort. Property is set up like a hotel. Rooms along the pool are Noisy. Rooms are very spacious and not your typical cramped hotel room, that was nice. Bathrooms clean and somewhat updated. Kitchen was Very Outdated. Hallways leading to the rooms were musty with air fresheners that gave the appearance they were trying to hide something. 1 elevator in the building that was small and barely fit a luggage cart. If we stayed there again, I'd definitely request an outside room away from the pool. Location to town is Awesome, easily within walking distance to Stateline and a Target store was even closer. My biggest thing was I was not expecting a resort with a bunch of load kids and even adults. Parking was available but may not be near your room. There was some covered parking which was nice on a first come basis.

Our stay wasn’t completely terrible. However, the advertisement for this location is misleading. The photos of the rooms make it look a lot more appealing than it really is. This place was dirty and super outdated. It would also be nice if there was no smoking in the building. We’re thankful we didn’t have our kids along to get a second hand high from the pot we smelled across the hall the whole time.

Bathroom needs a lot of repair work. In addition, there was a leak from the ceiling above the toilet. No dish washer in kitchen . Very noisy HVAC system. The place was clean and roomy however.

Property needs a lot of updates. Property expensive for what you get. Room lacked enough cooking utensils, microwave was dirty from previous guests, floor was dirty.
