Guests are required to notify me at least 2 days prior to check-in if they plan to host any gathering, event, or festivity at the property. A $150.00 additional cleaning fee will be added and has to be paid before check-in. This is an additional fee on top of the standard cleaning fee.

A refundable $450.00 deposit may be necessary based on the size of the event. Failure to provide advance notice may result in the termination of your booking without a refund, and authorities may be notified. This is separate from the $59 property protection fee provided by VRBO.

If the property is not left in good standing, an additional incidentals fee will be charged based on the severity of damages or extra cleaning required.
