The apartment is located in Kijitonyama, one of Dar es Salaam’s most vibrant and well-connected neighborhoods, perfectly known for its balance between local charm and urban convenience.
Just a short drive away, you’ll find Mlimani City Mall, the city’s largest shopping and entertainment hub—complete with a cinema, supermarkets, fashion outlets, and a wide range of dining options.
The area is only 10 minutes from Masaki peninsula, where you’ll discover trendy cafes, seaside restaurants, nightlife, and embassies, while Morocco, Dar’s up-and-coming tech and business district, is just 5 minutes away.
If you plan to explore Dar es Salaam, you will have access to uber taxi, bajaji and public transport. The apartment comes with a parking lot inside a gate (one spot) and water reserve tanks.
