It was close to beach, shops, restaraunts, pier. Bed was very comfortable. Altough it did squeek. Host was very responsive!! Parking was a bit of a challenge.

Santa Cruz stay

The check in is super easy-property mgr send info for the door code and directions on which unit is booked for you. The parking is challenging as it is street parking mins from the Santa Cruz Boardwalk-with patience & some luck a space will pop up!

Cleanest, location and value was good, able to stay just one night was a plus. However like several other reviews the bed needs to go! Frame noisy and mattress uncomfortable.

It was a good stay just one of the sheets was stained and the flooring in the bathroom was cracked and broken and the bed frame was kind of flimsy and wobbly, but otherwise it was good stay I enjoyed how close it was to the beach and boardwalk

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I would’ve liked a coat tree or more hooks for clothing as well as a luggage stand. We were there for a wedding and hanging clothes was a necessity. The tv didn’t work because of a power outage, but when I contacted the host she responded immediately. We couldn’t get into the main house the first morning because the code had changed , again the host responded immediately. She was very pleasant and on our last day we were to check out at 11 am. I asked if there was somewhere to keep our luggage as our flight wasn’t until after 9 pm. She had us keep it in our room until 2 pm then we could put it in the main house. Very accommodating and understanding.

Parking nightmare

Pro- walkable area and near broadwalk Con- Parking was impossible- room was wore down, bed made squeaky sounds anytime you moved, broken tile in bathroom and a lot of nosie from neighboring motels.

Room wasn’t clean upon arrival, 4 hours after check in time. Bed was creaky and felt like it was going to fall apart. Host was responsive in fixing this, but still pretty bad.
