We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was ideal for visiting Nova Southeastern University & the beaches. Everything we needed was provided. We’d definitely stay here again when visiting our family.

Lovely weekend, Mother's Day

We had a wonderful weekend in a lovely outdoor space that featured a nice heated pool and plenty of chairs for the family. The barbecue area was spacious, which we appreciated. My favorite part was the shower, which had pleasantly hot water. Overall, we truly enjoyed our weekend.

The place had roaches in the kitchen. We had to wash all the floors and countertops. We had to call maintenance because the doors would not lock. Slider to the outside was completely broken. Toaster missing handles. The fridge dividers are completely broken which does not allow you to store the food properly. Ice maker broken. We found a frozen bear in the ice maker. Showers were dirty with hair on the walls. Outside grill continually keep catching on fire because it was filthy. Definitely not what we expected. The listing should really say “ party house for college kids” I would not rent again. I was really surprised VRBO stood behind this listing. I will reconsider VRBO next vacation

Thank you for your feedback. We do take guest comments seriously; however, we feel that a one-star rating is excessively harsh for a business that depends on reviews and supports multiple families. Many of the issues mentioned were never brought to our attention during your stay. Had you contacted us, we would have addressed everything immediately, just as we promptly resolved the door issue once it was reported. We would also like to clarify the following: The BBQ is professionally maintained and cleaned once a month. In fact, maintenance was completed just two bookings prior to your stay, and we have records to support this. The BBQ is located in a designated area, is in a fixed position, uses propane gas, and is well maintained regularly. Instructions in English are provided for proper BBQ use. The property includes fire extinguishers and a fire pit. The property undergoes monthly pest control service by a licensed company, and we have documentation confirming consistent treatment. All electrical systems and appliances are in proper working order and regularly checked. We are always available and responsive, and our goal is to resolve any concern as quickly as possible when notified. Kind regards, Your Host. Jorge

The house was a great place for my family as far as bedrooms, space, and location. However, there was no hand soap, kleenex, or soap for the washing machine, propane for the grill and fireplace which we had to go buy ourselves. I communciated with the property manager about the propane and they offered to bring a tank the next day but never did so we went and filled the tank ourselves. The shower between the two bedrooms flooded and seeped water into both adjoining bedrooms and bathroom. There was a broken pipe or something underground so it made it inconvenient for 9 people to use 2 showers instead of the 3 we were guaranteed (and the bathroom doors had plenty of water damage so it was an obvious issue). Not to mention that it was dangerous because the floors were slippery and there weren't enough towels to clean up the mess. I contacted the property owner who several hours later requested to call maintenance, but I told him to wait until we left because we didn't want to deal with having to be there while it was being repaired. We never got use the tv's because there were no remotes. The toaster oven also did not work which was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, it accommodated our needs, but would have been nice if we didn't have to keep running to the store because of the lack of supplies.

Host was very friendly and helpful answering messages within 15 minutes, the house was immaculate and very spacious, and the pool was perfect large enough for everyone to enjoy.
