The Space:

The primary suite features a queen bed, spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds and an en-suite shower. The third bedroom includes a queen bed with a bathroom across the hall. Enjoy a cozy living area with a couch, chairs, and TV, a gourmet kitchen with island seating, and a utility room with a washer and gas dryer.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to their side of the duplex and its fenced yard, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Entry is via a smart lock, and the access code will be provided before check-in.

For pedestrian access, there is a walk gate to the left of the rolling gate. This gate does not have a lock and is freely accessible.
