As you're driving up the long drive to your country retreat, you will enjoy the view of the horses grazing in the pastures.. Only a short drive from Pennyrile Parkway and I-24. This recently renovated country house is nestled on 10 acres and right in Mennonite Country. You'll find this tastefully decorated Lodge inviting, cozy, and comfortable. The flow of the common area is perfect for Family Reunions, Church Retreats.

Visiting military families at Fort Campbell are just a short drive to their loved ones.
This is a perfect place for people traveling with HORSES. We can accommodate you and your horses. Also for hunters coming in for the season.

Enjoy this 5 bedroom 3 and1/2 bath country home, with all the comforts of home. Enjoy our new game room just added in 2014 with pool table, Foosball, shuffle board table and more. On those cool nights curl up in front of the fire place and read a book, enjoy the peace and tranquility, or build yourself a fire in our outdoor fire pit. During the warm days relax outside and enjoy the views or enjoy a walk through the woods.
Bring your ATV or horse and visit BURDOC FARMS just minutes from the house and ride on 700 acres and 10 miles of trails at this beautiful Kentucky Farm or take a drive over and spend the day at LBL there is plenty to keep you busy IF you want to be busy .

This was a great find to house a traveling basketball team and some parents. I just wish, we had more time to enjoy all that the basement had to offer. Phyllis was an excellent host, very responsive to my inquiries. And she did her best to contact me when she found we had left 2 bags on the driveway.

The property is beautiful! Location is great! And owner was very responsive and accomodating with any questions or requests I had. Would definitely stay here again. Great location to stay especially if your coming in to town for event at Burdock Farms.

We came into town for my daughters wedding and booked this amazing property. The owners were absolutely fantastic. They were kind and on top of things. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay with a large group

This house was great for a large group. The kids had a great time in the game room and got to roast marshmallows in the fire pit. Phyllis and her family moved tables and brought in chairs to provide a beautiful space for our rehearsal dinner! 5+ stars!!!

Great Kentucky Home

The property has a beautiful view and is in a very picturesque setting. The house had everything we needed and was able to accomodate a much bigger group than the six of us. We would recommend it to anyone for any occaision.

WONDERFUL STAY

We had a WONDERFUL stay for a BUSY wedding weekend. The house was so accommodating for our large family. The host, Phyllis, could not have been more helpful in so many ways (too many to have room to list). She was a BIG PART of why the weekend was wonderful! We certainly recommend this rental to those who want a SPECIAL time!

My wife and I grew up in this small town. Now we have children of our own, our oldest loves horses and the youngest loves the outdoors. So this country home is perfect for my family. This country home is a place we can go and enjoy our time together as a family away from it all . The girls ride the horses and 4 wheelers And we just enjoy the country and views. Makes for a great family get away.
We enjoy our family gatherings here sometimes for the holidays. There is plenty of room for everyone. We both come from a very large family.

This home is located in an area where my wife and I both grew up . Now that we have a family of our own we wanted to let them enjoy the country side home in this area. It's a perfect fit for our family with our horses and land. Both our children enjoy it.

Setting on the front porch looking out across the land the veiws are so peaceful. It's like your out in the middle of no where. Yet you're just a short drive for anything you need or anything you want to do.
Nested in Mennonite country and just minutes away from Pennyrile Forest State Park.
Is a great Hunting Lodge for all the hunters coming to the area for the season.
Can be used as a HORSE STOP. Anyone traveling with horse can stop at this country home for an over night stay or just for a few hours to let your horse rest.
We can accommodate both you and your horse. We offer large stalls for your horses. Also all the comfort of home for you.
