✦ A credit/debit card is required at check-in for a $750 refundable deposit, returned after check-out if no damages occur.

✦ Pets are not allowed.

✦ We use multi-unit listings, so rooms are similar but may have small differences.

✦ The Hotel is a non-smoking property. Fees will be assessed for indications that smoking has occurred inside a Guest Room as determined by the Hotel.

✦ All visitors must pay the Hawaii Volcano National Park Entrance Fees. The entrance fee is good for seven (7) consecutive days. This fee is to be paid by guests upon entrance to the park.
