The house was exactly as advertised and fully stocked for an extremely comfortable stay. John was very attentive and accommodating to any questions we had. The backyard is truly a sanctuary, relaxing and beautiful with plenty of comfortable seating areas.

Loved the property and garden, it has a great location in between East Hampton and Sag Harbour. Enjoyed the personal and nice interior. Great host, always available and attentive.

Overall we had a wonderful experience staying at John’s beautiful home. The house was well designed and had a stunning property. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and beautiful yard. As a family it was very convenient to have the additional bedrooms on the main floor and a large kitchen. The house had everything we needed, and John was incredibly responsive and accommodating.

Fabulous weekend in Wainscott

We absolutely loved our stay at John's home! The backyard is incredible and the location is perfect- right near Sag Harbor and a quick drive to the town of East Hampton. John was super helpful with answering any questions we had during our stay. We couldn't recommend this rental enough!

Wonderful Stay!

This house is even better in person. The backyard is amazing and had plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. John was in communication with me throughout our stay and offered to help with anything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

Fam Vacay

Beautiful home and grounds, that are even better in person than the photos. Our family enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, warm pool and fire pit every day. Owner was very responsive and eager to assist us. Cant wait to return!

Best Hamptons stay ever

We have been renting in the Sag Harbor/East Hampton area for a few years and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed. We hated to leave and can’t wait to stay again. It’s stylish, spacious, beautifully equipped and John rocks- he’s so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay in a gorgeous Wainscott home

John’s home was perfect for our family which included an infant and 3 year old. The property was spotless and well appointed. Check-in was a breeze and John was a pleasure to communicate with. Beautiful backyard with a large pool. Overall an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

Great home. Beautiful back yard with very nice swimming pool. Centrally located in between Sag Harbor and East Hampton. Host is the best.

Great house, very pleasant week

John was very easy to coordinate/communicate with. The house is beautiful and unique. Very quiet area but close to lots of great villages. Great outdoor set up.

Ideal home, location and host!

We enjoyed a great week in John's home. The house was perfect: nicely appointed, extremely well stocked, beautiful/private grounds, and in a great location between Sag and EH village. John was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Hope to stay again in the future.

Amazing week!

My family and I had a wonderful week staying at the home. From the large, open backyard that was great fun, to the coziness of the family room for movie nights, and a beautiful kitchen to entertain. We will definitely be back for round 2!

Perfect home for a large family!

We loved staying in John’s beautiful home. We were on town for the US Open, so unfortunately we didn’t get to spend as much time at the home as we would have liked. The beautiful kitchen and open layout of the home was great for cooking and dining in with a large group. If we are ever back in the area we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home

John prepared the house beautifully for us upon our arrival. Everything was clean. Spacious open floor plan made the house perfect for our large group. The pool and backyard set up was a beautiful place for us to enjoy our weekend at.

Beautiful secluded home. Great for families

My family and I were in town for a wedding and greatly enjoyed staying at this home. We only wish we had more time. The pictures match exactly. We did have a bit of difficulty finding the key at first but once in we were fine. More than enough space for everybody to enjoy the home.

Best Trip Best House

This property is the perfect vacation spot for a Hamptons visit. It’s location and proximity to sag harbor, east hampton and Bridgehampton is an amazing perk, but you could never leave the house and be extremely happy. My kids lived in the pool and on the giant swing and we all slept comfortably in the spacious bedrooms. John is a great host and so easy going and nice. 10/10 will revisit.
