We were here for BMT graduation, and the location and amenities worked out perfectly. We were able to bring our airman and some friends back to relax and feed them some home cooked meals, especially since it was too hot to do anything outside. Getting back and forth to the base was quick and easy, and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Be aware the 2nd bath doesn't have any electrical outlets in it, which made getting ready at 4am for those in the two back bedrooms tricky. There's no dishwasher, so add disposable plates, napkins, and utensils to your grocery order if you won't feel like doing dishes! The pool pump wasn't working when we arrived, but Isaac let us know before we'd even checked in, kept us informed of the repair status, and it was up and running by the evening of our second day. The bathrooms have hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and dish soap and laundry detergent was available as well.This was an ideal location and price for our family to be here in San Antonio for our such a special occasion, and I definitely recommend it.

Short family trip

This property was perfect for what we needed. The bedrooms were spacious, and it was a very close drive to Seaworld and other restaurants and attractions. Neighborhood is a little older, but the hosts were very responsive and accommodating and for that reason alone I would recommend this property.

We didn't end up having much time to swim as we anticipated, but the little time we did, it was GREAT!! The kitchen was stocked well and we had zero issues with any appliance we used. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we came up with and made themselves available, which we very much appreciated. We had a great experience and would rent from them again.

Great space for a small family!

Communication was always very fast with Sammy and Issac! Anything we had questions about or problems with were answered within minutes if not seconds. The property was very clean inside and had everything you needed to cook. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. The pool was great and we were also provided pool floats and some toys. The kids loved it and had a blast. If ever in the area I will definitely stay again. Thank you for the great stay y’all!

AFB Graduation

We recently stayed at this home while in town to celebrate our son’s BMT graduation at Lackland AFB, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place! The biggest highlight was the unbeatable location—less than 5 minutes from the Valley Hi Gate, with no need to get on the highway. This made it incredibly convenient for all the graduation events.The property is also close to highway access, SeaWorld, and several fast food options, which made everything from sightseeing to grabbing a quick bite easy and stress-free.The home itself is clean, freshly and nicely decorated, and located at the beginning of the street but in an older neighborhood. The private pool was a rare and welcome bonus—especially since many rentals in the area either don’t have one or only offer access to a community pool.The hosts were outstanding—very responsive, communicative, and accommodating. They even allowed us early access to the home, which made a huge difference in our schedule and peace of mind.Overall, this property offered great value for the price. We would stay here again and recommend it to any family visiting for a BMT graduation.

Isaac is really great at responding to messages. We were even able to check in 2 hours early as we got in way earlier than expected. The location of this base was perfect. 5 minutes from base. Definitely recommend taking the back way and not the interstate. The downside is this house has a lot of flaws. The plugin on the bar doesn’t work and was hanging off, the “master bathroom” shower is really small. My 7 year old could reach the shower head. The shower head in the main bathroom looked like it wasn’t put in correctly. You can definitely tell where the addition the house is and alot of drywall seams exposed and the base board is not properly secured. Theres not many plug ins, but this is a personal preference. The major issue we had was the pool and back yard. There was electrical exposure near the pool. The pool pump never kicked on and the electrical pole near it was leaning. The water was getting lower, and we were able to add more. The “pool guy” did come out on Tuesday and all he did was added an entire gallon of some cleaner that the next ended up making our eyes burn. There’s a brick near the steps that comes off. The electrical guy came out on Thursday but never did anything to the pump. Someone did come to “clean” it again on Thursday but all they did was use the skimmer net to clean it. The maintenance was not very good. They never vacuumed it or took proper care of it. Our first day there, we checked the chlorine container and it was completely empty so added it
