Patio: Both the bedroom and main entrance open onto a spacious sun deck, complete with a brand-new fire table, wood-fired sauna, BBQ, and a lush garden filled with plants and fruit-bearing trees—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

**Please note that this suite is attached to a main house where the owners live and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly ask that all guests to respect quiet hours (10p-8am) and that no visitors are allowed in the suite—only guests listed on the reservation may enter the property.

Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus any pesky booking platform fees). If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.
