We have a great time!! The kids loved the pool! The rooms were clean! The host was great, constantly checking in on us. We highly recommend! We saw deer often which was a huge highlight!

The place chosen is very nice and cozy. Saw a couple of deers, very majestic. Instructions on how to enter and close up the property was easy to follow. I didtry to contact the host on the app, but never got feedback, other than that, it's a good place to choose.

Everything was great! The yard could’ve been mowed better! & the pictures do show it to look bigger than it was but it was still a GREAT house & we had the best time :) The best part is the bibles & Gods word they had around the house!

Very cozy, clean, close to town. It was the perfect fit for our sibling get together. The hot tub and pool were great, our whole weekend was amazing.

This house is excellent, plenty of outdoor activities for all ages! With back yard fenced in we didn’t have to worry as much regarding the animals from the woods with the kids in the backyard! We enjoyed the house very much! Thank you!

Everything was great and our kids absolutely loved it. From the playground, pickleball court, outside seating, and their favorite part; the pool! Perfect location, very clean, and very timely responses from the rental company. The only thing I’ll mention, that could be improved, is the road getting back to the house. It’s very rough and tons of potholes that could be filled. Still, would give this a 5/5 all day.

Family Celebration

We celebrated my parents 55th wedding anniversary. The weekend was spent with my parents, my three siblings and their spouses as well as myself and husband. Having a place for everyone was a rare find. We greatly enjoyed our time spent here!

I was actually very shocked at how small and compact the cabin was compared to the pictures. The grounds were poorly maintained and half mowed. The flys were absolutely insane inside. They did leave fly swatters and fly ribbon was hanging up, which wasn’t the most welcoming entrance, but I soon figured out why. The cabin itself hadn’t had a good clean in a very long time. The window seals were covered in dust and dead flys. There were random nails on the back deck when we arrived. Thankfully, we found them before our kiddos did. The beds upstairs are like bricks and very uncomfortable. The playground had wasp nests in it so my kids couldn’t even use it. We come to broken bow multiple times per year and this was our least favorite cabin. Will not be back.

House was beautiful and clean. Was perfect for the amount of people we had. Location is great- right off of the "main strip" but back on some land and very peaceful. Had to contact someone about a door issue. This was fixed immediately. Communication was great. The only thing that most people thought could improve were the beds/mattresses. I heard that the beds weren't super comfortable from most guests. If this were my place, I'd put a really good mattress topper on each bed. I think that would help. Otherwise, we loved it! Thanks for letting us stay :)

The house was gorgeous, the outside is still under construction but there was no mention of that prior to our stay. Very clean. The upstairs TV was broke and a replacement was brought over the next day. There was no coffee pot like the listing said there would be. I messaged immediatley but a new one was not brought to us until late morning the next day. There ahould be more towels available 1 towel per gues for 3 nights is ot enough. Downstairs bedroom door does not shut.All in all it was a nice stay

The cabin was beautiful and exactly as described. The out ammonites are the star of show with a large pickle ball court, ping pong table a large hot tub, ample out door furniture and fire place. There was plenty of space for our 8 guests on family Christmas trip. The kitchen was spacious and great for preparing big meals, but lacked pantry space to accommodate food. Not a big issue. Each 4 en-suite was very clean and spacious. The bathrooms / showers are amazing! There was plenty of outdoor furniture for a large group, including a tv! The wi-fi is spotty at best, hard to stream movies or music. The loft/entertainment upstairs was awesome. The property is beautiful and the fire pit is in a great location with plenty of seating. There is also a washers/dryers great for multiple guests extended stay. There was no need to leave the house, all activities were provided, the house is fenced all the way around. Be aware to use the map (Google Maps) provided the owners as (iPhone) Apple Maps was unable to locate the house (new construction).

We enjoyed our stay, and the accommodation was excellent. We contacted a representative at the number with the reservation. I requested the address because the internet service was spotty in Broken Bow, so I could find the property address from my email reservation. The representative was not helpful. She provided the address, but after almost 2 hours were still had not found the property despite calling her back four or more times. On the last call, we said we are in dire need of assistance in locating the cabin. It was getting dark, and the address was still not located by us despite stopping at the local store and a restaurant and inquiring. The last call, she indicated that a team member would call us. Justin called and directed us to the correct property. As it turned out, the first representative had provided us with the wrong address for our reservation, and we were more than 10 miles away from our cabin. Please improve the customer service provided.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was very clean, convenient, and so much space for activities and to stay busy at the house. We loved the pool in the hot days we were there, and the hottub at night. We also loved the privacy fence, our puppy had so much space to run! Would love to come back in the future.
